Sir can you give some details about Hairiness of yarns (ring and rotor) ? And which one has more and less hairiness..

Normally the hairiness is more in yarn
Because of short fibers.
In rotary spinning the finner yarn is produced from long staple fibre,and the percentage of combing decides the hairiness.
However rotary spinning will have less hairiness than the ring spun yarn because,the system of manufacturing in router spinning will not allow the fiber to come come to surface.

Sir HS code for single count yarn and doubled count yarn is same or not .what is code

HS code is common 7 digit number to identify specific product, which followed by more than 200 countries in the world.to special catogery number may even 8 digit.
To identify the code number for product we will have refer the export HS CODE MANUAL.

Yarn manufacturing is having demand at anytime.
India is one of the biggest consumer in the world.
Our domestic demand will be on the higher side in future.Try to consentrat on polyester recycled yarn.

sir you have mentioned Egyptian cotton is very costly and cannot be afforded by everyone as it will cost in Lakhs, but one of my friends is manufacturing and selling cotton pants made of Giza cotton for Rs.1800 how is that possible? and i have personally felt the fabric myself and it's definitely softer than the normal cotton, it feels like butter very lustrous and light weight

In Egypt there are various types of Giza cotton available or produced.
Giza 45 is BEST in world..Old days few mills like Khatau..Finlay n Mafatlal were importing n making Super Fine yarn for Dhoti n Sarees.now all mills are stopped..
Most of best Giza cotton is bought by Italian manufacturer who make branded shirts n products.

It is difficult to get same shade .there are so many reasons for not getting same shade.
Yes , polyester,poly cotton ,and other blended yarn is available.
