Those lights are life savers when your under the car. The good thing about those lights they have like a signal sign where u turn it on and u only have to wave your hand next to it to turn it on.

I experienced all the emotions in this video over the weekend when I got my 5.3 running with a stand alone harness , i also utilized the factory fuel pump wiring.

That hose is supposed to go to the radiator, I forget what vehicle you got that out of but it could have had the radiator fill tub up by the firewall somewhere. They sell a male to male with a 1/8npt threat in the center and you can attach it their, but you also got the aftermarket radiator which should have a port you can thread a barb into as well for it.
I would 100 percent run the full steam port system, it can lead to cooling issues if you try to block the rears and stuff. Happy you got it started bro! Big congrats!

This is why I love my Powermaster 8142 150amp alternator. 1 wire from the alternator to the battery+......and your done
That red junction box is usually where the alternator power source comes from

that hose you ripped of the TB goes to the rad, coolant flows thru the TB ti heat it up in cold climates.

That long hose on the throttle body ran to the radiator not to the back of the engine. A small port on the radiator, and the steam vent port you can tap and dye the top of the water pump and run it there

Just a heads up make sure you add a ground wire from the engine to the firewall also if you haven't already

For the steam port you should get the steam port cooling mod it ties all 4 corners (front and back sides of the heads) together and eliminates hot spots plus it will help you to bleed the cooling system of air once you're at that point.

That steam hose comes from the radiator
All the security does is turn off the injectors you can still start it and fun it with brake cleaner

That hose goes back to the factory fuel tank don't need it order a ict billet or any brand perge valve block off plate
