Ask this simple question: how long can you go without breathing? Most people can manage a minute or more, so there's no need to exchange regulators in "a second or so." Instead, think about what you're doing, do it right, and don't panic. Not all training agencies require it, but some training programs require you to doff your gear and swim to another spot to either share air with a buddy or don a second set of gear. And even if your agency doesn't require it, it can be a fun and valuable exercise.

It's a good mask. The removable pod is great but takes practice. Visibility is not the best
