I've always wondered if Eleanor Audley's version of the "pre-show" monologue, the "When hinges creek in door-less chambers..." was meant to go where the WDW "Master Gracey" portrait is, it seems like a projection of the "Leota/Ghostess" face would make more sense in there that the changing portrait... plus her version of it introduces the "Ghost Host", and originally The WDW Ghost Host didn't introduce himself until you got into the Doom Buggy

I love the idea of Leota & Ghost Host working together on the tour, with her introducing him and keeping us company until he shows up
Also: I love her voice for little Leota at the end (after hearing her unused version, I kind of prefer her version of the Final Cut)
