Corey should have never tried the combo on the nine because it was obvious he couldn't make it. But Corey tried anyway, but missed and only tied it up in the pocket for Gomez to easily make giving him the score of 6 to Corey's 3.

So Roberto is barely hooked to shoot the 1 ball and could have easily massed to likely make the 1 ball off the bank, but he chooses to just scratch after moving the 3 ball to a little more difficult position and giving the table to Corey. What was that? I've never seen that done before. Corey promptly ran out and ran the next two racks. Funny, the commentator made no remarks about it.
Are these announcers doing their commentary AFTER the edited video? As an ex TV producer it sure sounds like they are because they seem to be trying overly hard to predict the action which just means they already know the outcome. It's a common problem announcing over previously edited video for them to exercise their ego like that. And this guy can't even keep up with the games score.
We recorded the matches at Derby, and did the commentary later. However, the commentary was done without any previous knowledge of the outcome (most of the time). The editing (switching camera angles, scoring, etc) is all done while watching the recording for the first time, while also doing commentary.
I completely understand. I myself use an adblocker when watching RUclips. However, I would like to say that it costs us a lot of money in travel, accommodations, time, and equipment to bring you these videos for free. We don't get paid, other than the monetization from RUclips. Thank you for your understanding.
Stupid rules nowadays! IF you make the 9 on the break, then who gives a shit what happens to the rest of the balls, whether they past the head string or not??!! Hit the lowest ball first and the 9 wins the game, so if it goes in on the break, that should be all she wrote!

Anyone with any decent pool knowledge can predict the patterns; so it doesn't matter if the commentary was made during ot after the match.

The 3 point break rule hasn't been very popular with the players. I don't like it either. Trying to fix something that isn't broken.
