॥ প্রেশার কুকার চিকেন ॥
স্মৃতির পাতা থেকে হঠাৎ উঠে আসে কিছু রান্না। তাদের ঘিরে কত মানুষ - কেউ আজ প্রবীন, কেউ বা চলে গেছে না ফেরার দেশে। কিন্তু তারা মনের গভীরে আজও কথা বলে অতি ধীরে।
যখন প্রেশার কুকারের শীস বেজে ওঠে, ঘর আমোদিত হয় এমন রান্নার গন্ধে, তারা বলে -
“আছি, আজও আছি।”
তাইতো নাই বা হলো সে বিরল বা হারিয়ে যাওয়া রান্না, সে যে আমার মনের বড় কাছের…। তাদেরকে এ চ্যানেলে রাখবো না তো কাদের রাখবো? কেমন করে সার্থক হবে এ পথ চলা?

Sometimes some dishes suddenly surface from the depths of memories.
So many people surround them - some are aged today, some have departed to the land of no return. But still, even today they whisper deep inside the heart.
When the whistle of the pressure cooker blows, when the room fills with the aroma of the dish, they say- “We are here…”.
Hence let them not be lost or rare, they still remain very close to my heart. Which dishes do we place in our channel if we do not keep them?
