He doesn’t eat while he’s on eggs… as soon as the babies are released and leave the cave the male will most likely go find food. That’s why it’s best to add them into the tank with no caves at first. And condition them… feed them up lots and lots then add the caves for breeding so that when the male is ready to breed and sit on eggs he will be all fattening up and won’t need the food till he’s done.
Haha this batch had egg count of like 80-120 success rate was bad for 2 reasons. 1 male kicked the eggs 2 I’m on rain water and the tank crashed wile I was away. But as the title says… “Easiest way to breed” hundreds of babies. So this video was the process in which the easiest way is. Sometimes you will get hundreds sometimes you’ll get nun. It’s more the process than the results as the results will be different for each person and there breeding pair and circumstances
