ΤΑΒΕΡΝΑ ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΝΑΞΟΣ - YANNIS TAVERN NAXOS·
Εδώ και 27 χρόνια όλοι ξέρουν το Γιάννη στο Χαλκί της Νάξου. Από το 2018 ξεκινήσαμε το νέο μας εστιατόριο και πάλι κοντά στο Χαλκί, μόλις 2 χλμ. από το χωριό, στο 14ο χλμ. του παραδοσιακού δρόμου Χώρας - Χαλκίου, απέναντι από το βενζινάδικο της Shell (πριν το χωριό Δαμαλάς).
Η κουζίνα μας είναι και πάλι παραδοσιακή αυθεντική Αξιακή, με τις γεύσεις και τα πιάτα που μας έχει γνωρίσει εδώ και 27 χρόνια ο κόσμος. Ξεχωρίζουν το “Χαλκί Special”, το “Γκιουλ” και το “Απειρανθίτικο Ρόστο”, ενώ δε λείπει το σήμα κατατεθέν μας το κοντοσούβλι, οι πίτες και τα χειροποίητα γλυκά μας.
Με σεβασμό στην παραδοσιακή Αξιώτικη κουζίνα και στην προσπάθειά μας να συλλέγουμε τις καλύτερες πρώτες ύλες, διαθέτουμε δικούς μας μπαξέδες με οπωροκηπευτικά και αμπελώνες με 3500 ρίζες για το κρασί και τη ρακί μας.
Χαρακτηριστικό σημείο στο νέο μας κατάστημα η βιτρίνα με τα κρεατικά και τις 3 ψησταριές. Η φιλοσοφία μας είναι ο πελάτης να βλέπει, να επιλέγει, να παραγγέλνει και να παρακολουθεί τον ψήστη να ετοιμάζει το πιάτο που ζήτησε.
Ξεχωριστή είναι και η μουσική στο εστιατόριο Γιάννης. Παραδοσιακά ακούσματα από τη Νάξο, την Κρήτη και ρεμπέτικα πλαισιώνουν το γεύμα σας, ενώ συχνά οργανώνονται live παραδοσιακές βραδιές με σχήματα νέων παιδιών που απογειώνουν το κέφι.
Το εστιατόριο Γιάννης προσφέρεται για γάμους, βαπτίσεις και κοινωνικές εκδηλώσεις, αφού μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 350 άτομα και διαθέτει άνετο parking που μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει μεγάλο αριθμό αυτοκινήτων.

Yannis is a famous traditional tavern, that has been operating in Chalki of Naxos for 27 years. In 2018 we opened our new restaurant, also close to Chalki, 2 km from the village, on the 14th km of the traditional road connecting Chora and Chalki, opposite the Shell gas station (before the village of Damalas).
Our cuisine here is again based on traditional authentic Naxian recipes and includes the dishes we’ve been known for. Our Specials are still “Chalki”, “Gkioul” and the “Rosto” from Apeiranthos. On daily basis we offer our trademark, the “kontosouvli”, along with traditional pies and home made candies.
With respect to the the rich tradition of Naxian cuisine, and because we want to offer you the best of it, we have our own fields with vegetables and vineyards with 3500 roots that cover our needs for wine and raki.
The most characteristic area of the new restaurant Yannis is the big showcase with the meat and the 3 grills. Our philosophy is based on that: our customers should see, choose, order and watch the cook preparing the dish they asked for.
Except for the cuisine and the service, it is the music we pay great attention at. Traditional music of Naxos and Crete, along with original “rembetiko” is what accompanies your meal in Giannis restaurant. We also organize live traditinal music nights with young bands cheering up the atmosphere.
Yannis restaurant is ideal for wedding/baptism receptions and other kinds of social events, as it can accommodate up to 350 people and has a spacious parking area for a large number of cars.
