Vail New Year's Day 2024 Game Creek Bowl Ski Colorado 1/1/2024

It's New Year's Day 2024 at Vail Ski Resort in Colorado. A great day to try out the various runs at Game Creek Bowl. It's overcast today, with the sun trying to poke through the clouds. The surface is hard and fast, with some thin spots here and there, and lots of crunch underfoot. The lift lines are moderate, which you would expect on the first day of the year. Game Creek is pretty self-contained and has a number of runs from green to blue to black. The views are wonderful from the top of the bowl and they go on forever. After sampling the runs, it's time to head back down to the Vail Village base area via the front side. Great day to be out.

I knew it was you! I saw your video of Vail on New Year’s Day a year ago and decided to go there this year for new years. Unfortunately no powder but I’m glad I made it in the video.

Tivoli lodge. But so many great properties, u can't go wrong. Just pick what you want in your price. Location, amenities. Etc

@@choski76 I will definitely check it out. If anybody’s reading this and they’re in Breckenridge avoid the Doubletree. What a pit.
