Evidence seems to agree with your theoretical statements. But in my life i have found it next to impossible to overcome some obstacles that have been with me these many years. Again i accept the theory. In that sense i'm a pushover for indoctrination. My weakness is walking the walk. Talking the talk is relatively cheap and easy for me. And i believe that's true for many folks. It's a lot easier to say AMEN than to actually turn the other cheek when struck. And i understand it's necessary to deal with and overcome difficulties before one can claim " success " in any great measure. There is no free lunch.

i had extreme thoughts about my girl breaking up with me and last week it happened, 4 years.., I couldn't control it at all, it was overflowing.., i didn't want this to happen again, i thought i had learned my lessons but i guess not. I do think there is more to place than just the thoughts tho.., the thoughts creates an emotion and that emotion can sometimes lead to bad actions, with my soul and heart i saw us 2 together, but the thoughts came because of the situation i was in and sometimes it's hard to disidentify with the ego, i got trapped. So i guess i have caused all of this even tho it is my worst nightmare that has become reality. Sry, i just had to write something somewhere
This has been my experience as well. An unfortunate series of events happened to me and now I feel trapped in a cycle of scarcity, depression, and negative thoughts. At a later stage of life I don't know how to turn it around. The grief and sadness is unbearable and I would welcome leaving this life at this point.

I have to say that this is a frightening thing especially for those of us who suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder. The reason that it's scary is because sometimes we have intrusive thoughts that we cannot control and these thoughts can be disturbing to say the least. And the more we try not to think of something bad the more we do so what are we supposed to do?
I've considered giving myself a lobotomy. One way to quiet the negative voices in my head.

i have experienced this state of creation all my life, without knowing that we create our reality. I would just set a goal and be excited about it, write about it and most important daydream about how it will become. Also I have always been a very grateful person and I genuinely thank God everyday for everything I have; even the smallest thing like drinking fresh water or having the privilege to take a hot shower. after a while of keeping this thoughts, in a matter of weeks or months I would unexpectedly be offered with the means for reaching my goal. this 100 % works.
