Truly amazing cache. Very deserving of geocache of the week. These are the kinds of caches that make Geocaching so incredible. Such creative people putting forth so much effort into making something so much fun for the rest of us to find. Great video, Josh. Thanks for sharing. Loved it!
I sadly missed out on getting that cache months ago when the MMCC went there and I had something else going on then. I will definitely make a point of driving down and getting this cache this year.
Wow, well done on the CO's part! That was seriously an amazing geocache. I was wondering if you were going to run into anybody while you were out there since it was GOTW. Thanks for taking us along!
Wow o must say that this is definitely the coolest multi I have seen yet. Glad I got to experience the fun with you. I used to work with those tyoes of thermostats elements at the plant and never thought to use it in thst way. Very cool. Virtual Fav point and adding to my favorite geocaching videos of 2015
GREAT video!!! That cache is even more incredible than I had at first thought, it was my immense pleasure to "come along" with you and find it. :) Thanks so much for making this video!!! Definitely going on my "Favorite Geocaching Videos of 2015" playlist!! :)
The Geocaching Vlogger It was incredible. I liked all three stages, hadn't known about that facet from the Groundspeak post. Very creative and unique, all of them. The second stage was definitely the highlight, very neat to see you do that. I was inwardly urging that thermometer to climb up, up, up! ;D And great final. I always love ammo cans out in the woods/nature. Does that answer your question?
It sure does snow a lot in the winter there! Where I live weather can change in 2 minutes. Just a couple days ago it was 60 degrees but yesterday it snowed 4 inches which is a lot here
Ive known about geocaching for over 5 years. Never got into it until now that I have a smart phone. Used to be you had to purchase a gps handheld device (very expensive). Glad I found the app on google.
You did it! Thank you so much for documenting this one! Caches like this inspire me to do this down here in Tennessee. I've got an arduino and learned all about it. This would be pretty easy. Cache on!
Display lags a lot due to very low temperature, and temperatures like -10°C or lower I think think can be unsafe to turn on device. I remember having this problem with old Nokia
Judah R I don't give GC Codes on my youtube channel but if you want to follow me on Facebook or twitter we can discuss there. :-) facebook.com/GeocachingVlogger Twitter: @Geocachingvlogs
I am new to Geocaching, and I thought that part of the fun was the adventure of finding geocaches. When you show them on youtube, you take that adventure away for others. Why do you do that? I can see that you are excited, but for those you have published, I am not. Seems unfair, no? Yes?
+Happily Retired I get permission from the cache owners of my videos to show there caches. 99% of those that watch my videos often will never make it to the location. Also, I am not forcing anyone to watch my videos. I even included a spoiler warning. There are many geocaching videos I have chosen not to watch because I do not want anything spoiled. The type of feedback on get on this channel is stuff like.... "you have inspired me to start geocaching..";, "This video has inspired me to make a geocache like this..." etc. Welcome to the awesome hobby and thanks for watching my video. (even though this might be the only one) Happy caching.
+Happily Retired First off, I see your side. However, there are so many out there, there is a 1% chance someone watching this video would be on the same GEO Cash.
That was cool =D For a min I thought you were going to put the probe under your arm or in your mouth LOL I so want to got up that way some day. We have been having a great deal of someone destroying caches out here lately. Very sad. The owners are really taking a hit. What is wrong with people.
tweetnes I did consider the armpit thing...haha. Glad it was cold enough that I didn't have to use the hand warmers. Too bad to hear about caches getting destroyed. ugh.
+Newb Programming He's really not. Unless you understand what it feels like to finally find an elusive GC that you've been dying to get, you will never 'get' the excitement factor of it all.
It looks like it says, "Please fuck battery connector"
Ok
Sticks disk in battery connecter
I know right!

Geopat92's Geocaching Adventures! Surprising enough, the cache has not had a ton of action. That will most likely change.
Geocaching in snow and ice: dedication.

What did you think of the cache, Austin?

+Polka_ dot_life Awesome! Have you found any caches yet?
Great Geocache. It's pity that in my country somebody could steal or destroy something like this :(
GeoKesz It could get muggled here as well, however it really is disguised nicely as an electric box that I'm sure people will leave it alone.
So what do you get?
Scott Reacher I see we have a muggle.
