For me, It implies the leadership of a good governance of late Ninoy & Cory to be pass on to NOYNOY because Noynoy is a perfect next president in order that Philippines should progress without delay because NOYNOY came from a good seeds which he himself will bear good fruit for His Country NOT on His own personal ambition.
