I have suggestions. We have to fix responsibility all the stakeholders who have to responsibly for justice dispences
My Case under NI act 138 registered by Jul 21 and CE can't completed since last 13 hearing - Accused enjoying my money by court adjournments and court grant the adjournments continued. Same Accused defaulters in money other cases and booked under up gangster act also. Our Judge unable to disposed the case.
Same case file in ADJ 03 for money recovery suit under order 37 summary suit
Accused living at own house/ same address but hon'ble court unable to serve the summons to him and accused is free to miss appropriate the govt agencies and attack on complaint in DC : 03 , Ni act 138 central THC
This is the India law in delhi capital- now think about other area
So India law is esmxtermly week due to extermly poor practice by Indian Judges
I felt- Indian judiciary are willing to not working for justice
Why cheque bounce matter not disposed with in 6 months. If cheque bounce matter disposed from 4 years to 10 years- means judiciary system justice rate in Absolutely zero
Justice delayed is justice denied
Compensation must be paid 50% by Govt and 50% by concern Judge salary, so that week master can be dismissed before trial and judge accountability resulting speed of matter disposal
Our judiciary is will full justice defaulters causing justice rate extermly low in India
Justice Higley expensive in India
Fact is Indian judiciary working speed is not capable to provide justice less then 0.01% means our judiciary system is a biggest burden in our society
In India- our judiciary is highly in efficient and unacceptable--> now time to make them fully accountable

Maximum cases - Judge grant the bail and trial delayed for unlimited time and our judiciary snatched the right of justice and criminal enjoyed everything even after did the crime and damaging our society
Why pending case is high - our Judge are not working or not capable or intention not correct
