Everyone, meet Sara Niemietz - if you haven't yet heard her voice on film soundtracks or seen her on television, she's a young singer with an incredibly soulful, pitch-perfect voice. This is absolutely beautiful. This is not only one of my all-time favorite Talking Heads songs, but all-time favorite songs period. To hear Sara do such an incredible version of this, her wonderful voice and that incredible band, left me almost speechless.

I'm coming to this late; I just found it about two days ago. Since then, I've watched it about 50 times. This . . . is pure happiness. I mean the song has tons of shades of emotion, but my experience of this arrangement and these performances is pure happiness. Thank you all for that. When most else in the world today generates nothing but worry and angst and fear and sadness . . . these moments shine like supernovae in our daily experiences. I love the arrangement, I love Sara Niemietz' voice and interpretation, and I love Adam Kupota's smile about 3/4ths through that shows they're enjoying the song as much as I did. Liked, favorite-ed, and bought a couple PMJ CDs just for this. And this is from an old-school Talking Heads fan, so 'nuts' to those who don't like the song being redone. Did somebody move your cheese?

It was 1945. The war just let out and my best gal Deloris and I hit the band hall in Philadelphia to watch David Byrne and his orchestra play this for the first time. We must have danced the whole night long. She can't remember anything anymore, but I'll never forget how beautiful she was in that black ball gown she was wearing with her pearl necklace. David and his band when missing over the pacific. Presumed dead.

That voice, my goodness. Sara has some absolutely beautiful vocal chords going on. I love her voice a lot. Always have had an attraction to this particular level of singing with female artists.
