Sounds like a ring modulator type of pedal, which will generate another pitch relative to the original. It obviously also has an expression pedal that let's her change the relative pitch, which she uses a number of times.

Saw her in Madisonville, Ky outside, pouring rain blowing in on the stage and about 45 degrees. She was still awesome, have tickets for the Rockhouse in St. Louis
