    I thought from your headline that someone was unhappy with a previous job you had done--oh no! Happily it was because they wanted you to do a second job for them. Both were excellent transformations. And education is never wasted! 🙃

      I did a bit of a clickbait title for this one but I was happy when they called back for sure!

    Hi Connor,
    Congrats on embarking by self learning. It probably would be easier with a mentor but not impossible so hope your business continues to grow and that you develop a nice loyal port folio of customers. Keep up the good work.

    Holy crap I'm wholly impressed!! Congrats on those degrees, it's fantastic!! 😮🎉
    You've got "it" in so many directions😂
    Your videography is awesome, you've nailed the sound levels which is something big channels haven't even mastered after years lol, i truly enjoy your presence on screen, you just got to smile more! ( I'm feeling like some old sexist dude telling women to smile now lol) AND you are a cat person. I mean, yep, you've got it all lol
    We need to meet Félix now tho, you know that, right?
    Looking forward for the next video!!😊

      It means a lot and I appreciate your support and kind words!
      I’m sure I will smile more. Still trying to get used to talking to a small handheld camera ahaha 😂.
      Also I’m very much all about cats! I love dogs too but unfortunately don’t think I’d be able to support one at the moment and not allowed to have one (renting 😭).
      I will get Felix in the next video he’s the crazy one of the two!

    Hi, Connor! Mini here back with the probing questions fans want to know. I know youre not famous YET but we gotta get ahead while we can. Also, I have nothing but time on my hands and too much of an imagination.
    1- Have you ever had a home where you you thought "absolutely not"? Did you end up doing it even though you didn't want to?
    2- Do you work by yourself or do you have coworkers?
    3- Does your business degree come in handy when doing this job?
    Pick any to answer. I think technically I asked four questions but...we'll overlook that.
    Random points from a viewer- I dont think you rambled. You did good. You look like youre getting more comfortable with talking, in fact.
    I wanted to be a psychologist myself. I would listen to a radio show called Loveline (you can listen to reruns here on YT) when I was a wee lass. HIGHLY inappropriate. It was definitely for 18+ but I was 11. Anyway, it explained the psychology of why people acted the way they did. It taught me a lot about myself. I took a course in high school as an elective. Nature vs nurture was a real pip. BTW I'm rambling. But I'm done now 😁

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Год назад +1

      Hi Mini!
      Thanks for asking the questions! That's super cool that you also have an interest in Psychology and I'll definitely make sure I check out Loveline, I've never heard of it. I like listening to podcasts and books when working so I'll be sure to give some episodes a listen in the future 🙏.
      To answer the questions:
      1) I've had to decline plenty of work over the last year due to not having the right equipment to get it done or not wanting to do it (like striping old sealer off pavers or concrete which is SUPER messy and not something I'd like to do). I do have one job that sticks out though where I went to quote and immediately upon meeting the customer they were telling me how to do my "job" and that they know more than me about what I was cleaning and they were just outright rude and argumentative when I was explaining our cleaning process and what we could do to help them... I was being as polite as possible but had to just straight up decline to even give them a price because I didn't want to touch anything within a 50m radius of their property... Plus they seemed to know exactly how to do the job themselves anyways so I'm sure they would have been fine 😅
      2) I work by myself pretty much 90% of the time but I've had a few jobs where I will pay someone to come out with me and help if I know that I'll 100% need it. I'd love to get a second person in the future though if I'm able to grow the business to that point!
      3) My business degree was heavily focused on managing people and resources in large/global companies so I have not used a single thing I learnt or studied in my current business unfortunately 😅. I'm proud of both degrees but I do feel like it was a bit of wasted time. At least it's something I can fall back on.
      Thanks for watching again!

      @@pristinepressurecleaning WASTED TIME? ARE YOU MAD? The degrees you worked hard on are going to be great should your business expand, which is highly possible! If you have people work for you, management will come in handy. Picking the right people...PSYCHOLOGY is perfect for that! They don't have to know you're analyzing them (I analyze people way too much. I'm always playing chess with them even though they don't know I'm in the room. I love figuring out how people work and what was the piece that broke them but that's useless info on my part. Ya gotta know what type of people you're gonna hire)…
      A sequoia tree starts out as a tiny seed. Eventually it uses all the resources around it to become the giant it is. You're a sprouting seed. I think your resources will come in handy more than you think.

    6:39 can I ask why didn’t you use the wand instead of the surface cleaner on the uneven path?

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Год назад +2

      Hi Jazzmine! Thanks for watching!
      I didn’t opt for the wand this time, which I usually would for the uneven parts, only because the gaps between the pavers were actually quite large (but hard to see from the angle of the video) and I wasn’t too fond of getting mud everywhere ahaha.
      When the gaps between the pavers are larger the wand will flick up huuuugee amounts of mud!! With the surface cleaner it kind of helps it stay lower to the ground 😮‍💨.

    It’s a shame you could use your degrees after leaving uni. The one thing I would say is that if you get up in the morning and look forward to your day ahead then for now you’re doing the right job, if you enjoy what you do then it won’t feel like work. I for one thoroughly enjoy your videos and look forward to each new one being released keep them coming and in no time your subscriber coiunt will increase dramatically.

    لا أظن أن أحداً يرصف الحجارة بهذه الطريقة ، ليس هناك عامل بهذا المستوى . ولكن هناك شيء حصل بعد ذلك ، وربما كان شيئاً ثقيلاً ضغط على الحجارة ، مثل الرافعة الشوكية(forklift) فشوه شكلها هكذا .

      Hi Laurie!
      I actually did think about joining the police force or something similar early on during my studies before I started pressure cleaning! I wouldn’t mind it depending on what sort of work I’m doing (I’d probably like to do one on one work or maybe even work with incarcerated youths?).
      I have discovered though that I really do enjoy working for myself so if pressure cleaning and running this business doesn’t work out I think I’d look into some of the areas you mentioned!
      Also, I would love to visit Canada one day! You all have a great reputation for being such lovely people and I’d love to go snowboarding 👀

    Do any of the chemicals you use require a special license?

    • @pristinepressurecleaning
      @pristinepressurecleaning  Год назад +1

      Not at all! They can all be bought through suppliers within the industry! One of the main chemicals we use is sodium hypochlorite which can be bought at pool shops in the form of liquid chlorine 💪
