Wow fab review. I literally just purchased this today and had said I wanted the illuminious one but lady gave me original. After watching your video I'm glad she mixed them up. I didn't realise there was sparkles in!!! Ps your skin looks amazing 🥰
Thanks that helped me! Stick with the regular. Regular isn’t at all gooey on me but I do see it blurred and filled pores etc better and that is most important to me
This is the best comparison video I have found for these two foundations. Thank you. Your closeup footage is amazing, and really helped me see that the sparkle from the illumination version actually is visible. I’ve always been a fan of the original, but since the Ulta 21 Days sale will only have the Illumination version, I can feel confident skipping it. ☺️
Use both. Start with original, and lightly dab illumination.

I was going to purchase the Illuminating CC cream but after I saw your video and how you so clearly showed how the Illuminating formula did not cover the pores so well as the original, I think I will stick with the original formula. BTW, I love It Cosmetics and I am very loyal to this brand.

I totally agree. I swatched the Illuminating one in Ulta and had huge chunks of glitter all over the back of my hand. Needless to say, I decided to stick with the Original.

So glad I found your video. I have dry, sensitive, and acne prone skin and have been curious about the illuminating one. I'm currently using the original one and it seems to cake in my drier areas. I still love the original though, can't see myself changing back to foundation . 👏😊
Dry skin here! I totally understand the Makeup sometimes doesn't look good on dry skin. I need to get this cc cream, yeah I am late!
It cosmetics cc cream is the only fuller coverage product that looks good on my skin, and wears well. I use the med as a color corrector under my eyes too. Works great bc it is so thin and doesn’t clump up

Yes, looks a little like you are wearing highlighter, but you still look very nice, & skin looks real good.
