Very informative Greg was at my house and did a video my pond has been up for two months tomorrow. Not my first winter Rodeo my old pain was up for 25 years but I do need to look into something more substantial for this pond and this coming winter

Thanks for this very informative. Winters have been scary for us here in Will county with water loss. Will be redoing our pond next year to include a wetlands filtration but have mixed feelings with winters. Is ok to leave the wetlands pump running in winter like in your pond?

We just replaced a cracked skimmer box with an aquascapes 1000. We live in a northern climate and shut down our pond. Do you recommend completely draining the skimmer box of water? Should we put anything in the skimmer box to help keep the shape?

Hi great video on the ice I have a question about that I am making a new pond this spring and was thinking about how to winterize it. I am thinking pulling water from the bottom during the warm months and have a set of valves to turn the bottom pipes OFF and start pulling water from a plant shelf 12 to 18 inches down so it doesn't interfere with the thermal's on the bottom of the pond and lets my fish ride out the winter. Where I live in the historical are of Toledo everyone seems to have a pond :)

Hello love your videos. I have a question for you Brian, how did you install the jets? Did you plumb it through the liner or inserted between the rocks and the liner? Is it run off the same pump system as the filter? I’m also curious has team aquascape done an in-depth dive video of what kind of rock shapes to look for?

So what's the hose..brand & model? I tried to see it on the video and just can't catch it. Suggestions? Great video BTW. I was concerned for my pond and the ice the first few years but then it kept going and the ice would build up and I was tempted a couple of times to get the ice off the waterfall but it was so cold and I was so lazy..it worked out fine!
