Steeda picked up 10 rwhp with the H-pipe, only 2-3 with the X-pipe. This is a complete reversal compared to the S550. Doing Kooks headers with the H-pipe (so 33 RWHP + 10 Rwhp) adds 43 wheel horsepower to the Dark Horse. AWE Exhaust also claims an additional 10 RWHP to the Dark Horse so that combined plus yank out the carbon filters and add in JLT (J&T) cold intake which is another 12-20 more horsepower and now you definitely have over 500+ rwhp on 93 pump gas and no tune. You can definitely hear the difference on the video. my x pipe sounds different to me when I’m driving it verse when I hear it if someone else is driving it and I’m outside the car..H has a lower rumble.. all preference I guess. It’s weird I feel like I like the H better when I hear it but then when I drive my car with the X I like it more.

Am asking because I had the privilege today for a new s650 to pull up next my bmw wanting to race and his sounded incredible, but my bimmer walked it. I have a Darkhorse order in the system which Ford has not picked up yet and I opted to not get them. I debated updating my order to include them but the inventory manager said that would change my order position delaying my order even further. Thoughts?
I think that RPM soft limiter is in every s650 regardless of transmission, When i took my s650 drag racing it would always shift at about 7100 ish, wonder why they did that.
Do you normally let the RPMs drop below 1000 before you start driving? I've heard that this is a myth but a lot of car enthusiast stick with this rule.
Yea I had a ‘21,’22 and almost a month in custom order ‘24, love this car much better …after “hating on it at the reveal” saying never getting rid of my ‘22 and here I am 😂

@@Michael-CS mine rubbed a little on my steering rack but we dropped my steering rack and shaved it down just a little cause it is really close fitment or you can bend the headers either one will prolly work but they rubbed so little I would only feel it if I was turning and hiting a bump

I just did 10 hours in mine 2 days ago and they felt fine to me I am 6,0 205 and they feel fine to me if you are prolly 250 plus they won’t be comfy
