A riff on the Old Country Buffet Training Video from the 90's and where all the memes from it come from. I to had to watch training videos when I worked in the service industry and they have only gotten a little better from the 90's. I too have also used a large knife for work. Cutting sandwiches and only once did I cut my finger one time. If I were to go back into the service industry it be to work in the back and not front of house.
