- On today's episode of Homeworthy we're taking you to a small seaside village just outside of Dublin, Ireland where you'll meet interior designer Suzie Mc Adam who transformed a Victorian House from the 1860s into a contemporary home for her family. The gorgeous home is filled with vintage furniture and treasures that she sourced from around the world. The project took more than three years to complete and it is spectacular. ENJOY!

I've watched a lot of Homeworthy and Suzie is about the most down to earth grateful filled home designer you have had on this program. Some are so entitled acting I have to mute and just watch the design. Thank you for finding her and her BEAUTIFUL curated design. Hope we get to see her new home in a couple years :)
I watch home tours on a regular basis, and this is easily in my top 3 of all-time. I will watch it over and over again to raise my serotonin levels. Homeworthy has officially surpassed Architectural Digest in production and content quality for me. Kudos to the Alison and the entire team. 🙌🏠💕

I feel like designers or true design lovers actually appreciate these rather detailed tours, don’t get my wrong I love Arch Digest & their tours but you can tell their geared for more mainstream/celeb content

Yes that's my impression too!!! Homeworthy videos are Worthy to binge!!! Their homes all have distinct characters and a great backstory behind it! Homes are not just interior designs but a livable space houses memories.
Oh my, that Cleopatra bathroom - absolutely swoon-worthy. The whole space felt light and airy and peaceful. Loved the lighting pieces... Out of all the interior designers that you've featured I'd hire her in a nano second, beautiful, inspired work with a soft and understated mix of styles and periods, art and the newest and coolest looks harmonious with the 18th Century. Great tour!

Very original and I like the mix of styles, it’s a good reminder that you can mix vintage into a lot of different spaces. I didn’t even mind some of the glam pieces. A pleasure to explore!

I loved everything about the home especially how she created the cabinets for the kids where they could play. That was a creative way of ensuring the place is always neat. Doesn't she like photographs around her home because it felt a little bit less cosy especially in the living room and kitchen but I have to say that bathroom is the most beautiful thing ever!!!

Oh that's funny. I'm used to seeing this channel being somewhere in America... But here we are in my home town 5 minutes away from my family home . Funny that. As a person living away from Ireland it's amusing that Sandycove popped up.

I've now watched twice and could do so again. Such a warm, gentle, humble, authentic and creative woman. Fabulous home! It must have been so hard to leave. I have to wonder how much she left in the house when selling, ie, lighting (scones, chandeliers) hardware, etc, because it was so personal. Thank you for sharing! I love your videos!
Such a lovely home and designer, but to only have lived 7 years in this gorgeously designed home seems such a shame to leave. I’m sure their next home will be equally as beautiful with a nice garden for her babies.

I just love this channel! No such thing as cookie cutter here. She has so many nice pieces and the mix is stunning. The drawing room is so, rich, dreamy and refreshing all at the same time. And the bathroom, oh my, fit for Cleopatra indeed!

Loved how down to earth and extremely talented this designer is for being young. A lot of designers are mature and thus the have a more entitled approach. Susie’ townhome is stunning. I love that the home owners have the chance to speak passionately about their spaces and how they created a home. Hope we get to see her new home in the future. This is one tour i will have to watch several times, as I don’t want to miss a single thing! Once again great job Homeworthy!

I feel kind of sad that they worked so hard to make that house their own special place, but now they're selling it and moving. I hope the new owners keep everything as it is and don't ruin it. It really was spectacularly cozy but still bright on a stormy day. Great job!

Would love to see some smaller spaces again... for example: I loved the tour Allie Provost gave of her NY apartment. I feel like it is easy (or easier?) to decorate a huge, stunning house/mansion with a budget like Suzies, but transforming a small space into a unique home (and maybe with a smaller budget?) seems more challenging and exciting! Just a thought! Enjoyed the video anyway! Thank you, always a pleasure watching!
I agreed with you Kath P. I really enjoyed watching the home tours, but my all favorite are the small apartments/houses.
It appears her COVID project was to spend as much money as humanly possible. And now she is moving? This couple must have quite a budget! Two years of renovating, moving one ton tubs, huge slabs of imported marble, spray painting ceilings and walls, etc, and now it's on to another (you can rest assured) very costly project. It's as difficult to relate to this "money is no object mentality" as it is to agree the mishmash of art works. It just doesn't look like anyone lives there. Yes, she seems quite pleasant, but totally disconnected to 99% of the people on the planet. No doubt I am in the minority.

Ireland has not been a wealthy nation, so I would bet that she and her family have worked for everything they have. They are also clearly flipping the house to make money... instead of sitting on the internet and whining about how successful other people are like you do.

Did anyone notice that when the camera took us through the drawing room after the tour that the 2 paintings, gold eye settee, and the pink lit shaped mirror were not in the drawing room.. ?? I so wanted to see where that floating candles light fixture was? . what room? Loved all of the light fixtures, especially the sconces in the kitchen.
