poco x3 pro owner here. If you are new buyer buying into poco brand, be very very cautious. Poco has history of hard bricking their phones consistently with their updates and not acknowledge it or give fair compensation to the unsuspecting customers. 2 yr warranty is great. But be very cautious. If at all you want to buy poco, never ever ever update your phone, not even the security update. Back up you data often as your phone may brick anytime. My phone is fine for now, but have seen many friend's x3 pro get fried after update. Worst part is, service center won't acknowledge the issue and blame the customer of dropping the phone.
Same bro, my x2 lasted only for 2 years and after multiple visits to service center I just gave up.
Same thing happened after Android 11 update so I sold it and bought OnePlus

Don't take it seriously i am also poco x3 pro user my warrenty will expire on March just got backup off all phone i am on a12 letest miui 13.0.4 I think for me phone is good but for price 16000 ufs3.0 and all but there is no gaurenty what wil happened if phone get off automatically u can't do anything your all data just forget it so poco=no security of data
Even if something happen with phone if in warrenty they just replace it but what about data I think no one think this so just don't buy poco or u buy it then update it only when phone temperature is low

@Geekyranjit The problem of updates isn't just on poco devices , it's also present on Redmi ones . I don't know how people have forgotten about the massive Redmi Note 10 pro motherboard issue by which millions of devices/owners were effected . Service centre asked users for more than 80% of the price of the device for repairs inspite of the phones being under warranty. Even after Xiaomi admitted on twitter that their quality control was responsible and promised free replacement , the service centre guys were not listening . I'm a firsthand witness to this cuz I purchased aforementioned device in April 2021 and was denied service in march 2022 .There are a lot of threads regarding this on twitter and it's sad that none of the big youtubers are shading some light on this. Will you kindly pay a little attention to this in one of your next videos ?
I've been using redmi note 10 pro since lauch, apart from some random heating, I've not had any major problem

Even if the phone is good enough, I would probably suggest everyone to purchase with caution..My Poco X3 's front and real wide angle camera stopped working after an update , after 2 years of purchase which would only be resolved via the replacement of motherboard which is costly as you all know.I don't think I would ever purchase a Poco smartphone in the near future
But I am still using poco x3 and it's been almost 3 years now and I did all the updates... I use this phone many hours every day but I am not having any problem till now....
@@yashwarke5712 just because it doesn't happened to you doesn't mean its untrue...Its a widespread issue & you can find similar posts on social media...& you don't have to justify poco or any other brand
My Galaxy M52 5G is launched in 2021 Sep has the same chipset, super amoled+ screen, 11 5G bands, smooth one UI and I've received 3 Android major updates, getting bimonthly security patches. Poco/Xiaomi has launched the same phone 1 and half years later.
M52 has super amoled + screen? I highly doubt that I am skipping that phone because of its display only, it's not super and it is not high refresh rate

I would suggest for the buyers to be very cautious because earlier I was a poco x2 user Its camera stopped working after an year of use and suddenly phn got bricked/ dead. After I bought poco x3 pro that also died after a software update. Recently one of my friend whose poco x3 phn has camera dead in his phn... Similar dead issue is happening on Xiaomi other models too like redmi note 10 pro, redmi 7a ,Xiaomi 11 ultra.
When we start to like the smartphone, brands often do one or two such things which make us to think again. Like in this one, it comes with android 12 in 2023 and 2 android updates which means upto 14. And irony is android 14 beta already started from Google.

Also, Poco phones are notorious for getting bricked with updates. Avoid!

Hello sir .m a regular fan of urs never missing out on ur imp updates .sir one question currently i m using realme x2 8/256 . I m into stock trading and generally keep a lot of app /web pages in history .but when I come back to a particular webpage or a browser based app using history it automatically refreshes restarting again instead of showing me the page directly as it is already running in the back ground .so should I go for a more robust phone or can I change some settings in my current phone . If ur suggest to go for a new phone pls advise me the feature i should look for so that i dont get this same problem in the new phone also .pls guide and advise me .thank u sir
Almost all manufacturers have excess 2mp Macros in stock. So they are giving it for free. Even if u don’t want, they’ll force u to grab it. So sit back and enjoy the ‘FREE MEGA MACRO’ offer 😅
The reason they are giving u Android 12 is that they will soon release 13 and u will be tempted to update. Do not update, I still remember how amazing my redmi note 10s was until I updated it and the performance deteriorated like 30 - 40%

If Poco somehow managed to accommodate a Glass Back on the X5 Pro and come with Android 13 out-of-the-box, adding the n77 5G band & a microSD slot while removing the 'legendary' 2MP macro camera and maintaining the same Price, this phone would have practically been Perfect!

Poco m2 pro user here, be extremely cautious friends, always backup your data, my phone already went into bootloop after miui13 update last week, never ever update your poco phone and use gcam, camera goes to another level.

Hello there brother. Can I ask... Between the X5 Pro and say the OnePlus 10T which in your opinion have a better & brighter display (under direct sunlight), louder & crispier speakers (w/ a bit of bass), better selfie camera ( in HDR, sharpness, skin tones,) and a very decent SoC not with benchmarks but with the ISP and everyday performance? Or would you go for something like Xiaomi 12T instead? Please help. Many thanks in advance.

Buy poco phone only for one reason... Take it change the rom to pixel or one plus or poco os that will give better overall performance. Cuz the hardware is always good on poco phones. 😏 .... Me using poco f1 with awaken os and it still working good for me. Thanks for SD 845.

Hi sir , i think this product comes with oly 1 year of warranty as mentioned in flipkart. Moreover i couldn't find it anywhere from the poco team as it mentioned for 2 years of brand warranty.

Anything with two year old Mid range chipset should not be termed as Premium Midrange.
Mi have screwed up big time with Poco brand. They had a brand that could rival OnePlus in value flagships. But they turned Poco into another Redmi. I honestly don't know what does Redmi and Poco brands have that makes them different. Both have dime a dozen lower end to mid range phones. With Xiaomi brand for their premium and flagship phones.

I have poco X2 it was launched with Android 10 and was supposed to get 2 update till Android 12 but it is still on Android 11 and even security updates has stopped since last year and won't be getting Android update Poco promised

Poco M4 pro user here. I have the 6/64gb version and the processing speed, ram management, etc are really good. Even the selfie cam is great. But the main camera, all RUclips reviewers says it's the best in the price tag. But, don't fall for that. The phone makes people look like animated ones, we can count each pixel in it. Photographing texts is really good, but when it is human subject, it doesn't do good job at all. In fact, it's really bad at it.
I won't recommend Poco mobiles, I had Poco X3 pro and I used to love the phone but after applying the Android update it started auto restarting, I had done some research on web and got to know that Poco X3 pro has motherboard issue, because of poor quality control I lost all my data, few important photos were not backed-up. Also the service centre response was too poor, they said they will replace motherboard which may take several days. my colleagues who has same mobile faced similar issue and lost so much data which is important. Please buy some other brand mobiles guys.
how much time did the service center took for repairing your mobile?
Same, my phone started crashing and restarted recently, sold it off in offline market 2d ago... Don't buy poco 🙂

I had a bad experience with Xiaomi, one is x3 pro and the other is note 11, when u visit the service center , they will suggest you to factory reset and after factory reset also the problem will not be solved. We need to constantly backup data because the phone may brick anytime or you may experience constant reboots
