In Bad Omens live stuff you'll see a lot of jabs at the crowds. I have no idea why they're like this, but you'll start to notice they have some of the worst crowds. He'll encourage moshing and even give people direction but no one moves. Not an inch. If you watched just the crowds you'd never guess they were at a metal show.

when you've had some real shit happen to you: it is almost correct to feel scorn for whatever god may be out there. I felt very similar last year from June to like March of this year.

I'm taking a wild guess that you are american/US? (If not sorry for generalizing) My Q is why only americans actually cares about religion to an extent like this and yet listen to ie. promoting the song that you kind of dislike? I did generalize the American thing but I watch a TON of reactors and americans are the only ones who kinda takes offense/gets bothered by imagery, religion and lyrics. Is it really like this or is the cancel culture so strong you guys don't dare to be honest? In Europe cancel culture is almost none existent unless we are talking people commiting crimes.

In America is majority religious I believe its only around 13-15% non religious and Im one of them so you have a lot of people who have issues with songs like this even songs that are just metal and dont have anything close to religion in them some people thinks its "devil music" which is just dumb af as for this song most people dont know why he wrote the lyrics in this song so they just think he some Satanist or something idk people are ignorant.

Hey hi! I'm a Christian who just heard this song last week. Oh man at first I was not happy with it. I couldn't even listen to it. But then I read the lyrics and I started to think this is from Lucifer's point of view. It makes it a little easier to hear but it's still not one of my favs lol

Noah was involved in a car accident as a kid. Everbody died except him. If you know this, you can understand the lyrics of the song better...

@wtfan18 that's awful. I'm glad he survived, but the survivors guilt must be heavy. Is there an interview where he talk about this?

@@elizabethalvarez8184 yeah, its an old video with bad sound, but you can definitelly hear his answer for the questions: "have you ever had any near death experience?" and "what happened?". From 3:55. Its always make me so angry bc the interviewer showed zero empathy. Anyway, Noah not really want to speak about it, or her toxic mother nowadays , and its totally okay. Singing about God and Evil is cool in metal, but that's not the reason he wrote this kind of lyrics imo. It's more like to process bad memories.

@@wtfan18 I just watched it. He's certainly had a lot to overcome. I knew his father died but I didn't know he was there when it happened. And I didn't know his mom was toxic. Thanks for sharing. I feel like I understand his lyrics a bit better now.
