I was listening to "Drops of Jupiter," earlier on the radio as my husband and I drove from a doctor's appointment. I asked hubby if he knew what it meant and he answered "no." I speculated that the song was about drugs but said I'd be sure to google it when I got home. After I googled the lyrics and then listened to the song, I was led to this link. What a touching story behind such a beautiful tune!! I really love creatives, and just because I am one, but artists have t be some of the most interesting people in the world. I was married at the time and my exes daughter from then on referred to it as "my song". I am extremely close with my mom. Unfortunately, my parents weren't to me what Pat's beloved Mom was to him...My animals were my refuge and source of unconditional love whether I deserved it or not. When Archer died, I made a Playlist of songs that reminded me of him with this song being my Number One! I've been blessed to find a new Pup in Oregon by sheer chance a few months later. His name? Jupiter! 'Trillium Meadows Drops of Jupiter'. This song and the story behind it will live in my heart forever (actually think I want to die with this song playing)...And, I work in hospice and couldn't agree more...our loved ones ARE still here just in a "different" way!!! ❤️🩹

This song always reminds me of my sister after her passing in 1998. She was the shooting star in our family. She is very much missed still today.
