BREAD HAM - Lareiras.gal

How to make a Ham Bread, a typical recipe of Venezuelan Christmas gastronomy.
(Errata in the video recipe: I forgot to paint the dough with butter before putting the filling, but it is yummy anyway)
Ingredients:
250 g milk
50 g butter
50 g sugar
30 g fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
500 g flour
25 g pitted green olives, to taste
100 g serrano ham
150 g cooked ham
butter, to paint
capers, to taste

Buenos días, hace poquito que te sigo, pero tengo que felicitarte tus recetas son contundentes e interesantes.
Mi padre era gallego y hoy por hoy el ya no está, pero como quiera que él era un buen cocinero tus recetas me recuerdan a los olores de la cocina de mi casa. Una receta muy interesante. Muchas gracias desde Barcelona.
