I can't stress enough how much i got in the shoes of Phoenix as i played later games like the Great Ace Attorney Duology, the Apollo Justice Trilogy or the Investigation games, and as Phoenix grew to become wiser and more experienced, i actually became more clueless to who the true culprit is Like first game first case Phoenix is nervous, i already know who's the culprit Last case of Spirit of Justice, i have absolutely no idea what's going on, and i'll eventually figure it out in the trial hopefully 😅
all of these are so good! i'd say my top three are probably new prelude (i love aa4's music so much), the great court anteroom (both versions), and prelude to the truth.

New Prelude - honestly this could easier go even higher?? The AJ themes are all so good because they manage to feel new without taking away the overall feeling of the older tracks 3. Great Court Anteroom - just as good as the variation tbh 2. The First Prelude - yes this is partially bc nostalgia but also bc it feels very nice to listen to 1. Nitpick, but the chapter 5 thumbnail shows Apollo again instead of Espella.

SPOILERS FOR AA1 4TH CASE
Hearing this after Von Karma tased me gave me mixed feelings.

@@c101vp props for the spoiler warning

I want to forget all to play these games again
These themes are either
"Alright, I got all the evidence I need. Time to rip this case open!"
Or
"OH MY GOD I AM SO NOT PREPARED FOR THIS TRIAL"
The theme of: HOW THE F*CK AM I GONNA SOLVE THIS CASE
Lol
The theme of getting mentally prepared to shove 20 pieces of evidence in the prosecution's face
Or getting whipped 21 times

My favourite gotta be Apollo Justice's it's really calm. Slow and nice

Yeah same here, it set the tone so damn well.
You are right but if you listen it properly
its more like 'down for work' music.
I think it works wonderfully for the first case cuz it kinda fools you into trusting Gavin

My heart just went when I heard the one for dgs2-5, it really makes you feel as though everything has been leading up this one trial

I wished, partner...
Reserved for the very last trial, though.

No its not the only one in apollo justice there are two lobby themes
One from OG ace attorney game one plays in thr final case of 7 yrs ago trial
also plays in 3-5 when maya is on the stand
The first great ace attorney one plays in all but one case in the second game
It plays like 4 or 5 times in Trials & Tribulations.
What theme's played in AAI-1 Turnabout Reminiscence?
It's good to have you back, Tom.
I am not seeing anywhere near enough love for another overture it’s the best one by far
Yeah, it sounds so good but, in my opinion, is overshadowed by themes like Apollo Justice's
For me it works better as a "middle trial" theme, like how it's used in T&T, than as a courtroom lobby tho.
Neverending Overture is easily the best one.
Although Another Overture is really good too and underrated.
agreed
Reminder : The Great Courtroom Anteroom variation only plays for the final trial
it's special
Somethin' about Dual Destinies' Lobby theme really speaks to me. I don't know why, but that's one of my favorites
to me it sounds relaxing, uplifting and heroic
My favorites: Defendant Lobby ~ Beginning Prelude (English Court Suite), In the Dark ~ The Witches’ Prelude, The Great Court Anteroom and The Great Defendant’s Lobby (Alternate Arrange)

It is reserve for the very last trial, though.
