    If the earbuds go into standby when they're out of their case, there's no way to turn it back on without the case? That's a pretty glaring flaw...

    I have some problems with my earphones. If the right side earbird is used in calling alone, the mic works fine, but if both earbirds are used in calling, the right side earbird's mic does not work. And another problem is that the right side earbird doesn't pause & play like the left side earbird does. Right side does not work as when we remove the left side earbud it stops and when we put it on the right side does not work.

    2 months back...I faced problem in my Nirvana ion which i purchased 9 month ago...Right earbud was not working so i complained in customer care but after few days they sended my product back and said there is no issue and also 1 eartip was missing...After few more efforts i surrendered and packed my earbud and put it in my useless things...Today i checked suddenly and now it is working idk how😂 but still Sound Imbalance issue is there
    Edit: Comment karne ke baad charging mei lagaya firse wahi problem start ho gyi 😂 kya bakchodi hai bhai...Don't take Boat guys...After sales service is very poor❌❌

    Just one issue , I already used boat earbuds 141 , but when I tried to wear earbuds inside helmet , earbuds automatically off , because of long press by helmet inner material , touch system should detect only skin

    the issue is like if i am using both the buds at 100% battery for 2-3 hrs after that's only buds showing 93% battery and case showing 91% battery now if i put again into the box both the buds and fully charge the buds upto 100% the the case charge showing 74% but as per company they claim 120hrs battery backup but mine and my friend getting same issue what to do if it's continuing like this then how can i get 120hrs battery backup

      Bro I also faced that issue so I simply stopped putting the earbuds in box till the charge gets down upto 10-20% and then I put the earbuds in box to charge.

      Only if u use at 60% vol level then u can get 120 hrs battery life.

    It's great but sad for me .. can connect on my redmi note 5 pro, but no sound output on both sides . Only works when either 1 side of bud is already inside case, and connected to only 1 side bud so i use it for calls only. No fun hearing songs from one side only 😅😢😢 dont know if its codec issue or something else

      Hi Zeba, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please note that both the earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use either of the two options: Smart power on and Manual power on for switching on the earbud.
      The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by rapid white LED flashes.
      Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for Nirvana Ion

    i have a major problem...if my nirvana ion earbuds are connected to the mobile phone and i want to connect it with my laptop...i have to search for the case and factory reset it and then connect it with laptop...this becomes tedious and not quick...earlier this process was seamless in my airdopes 441...please suggest any solution

    I bought mine everything is good But I find the volume increase and decrease value too much! It is better to have 5-10% increase than 25%! Why would you put it to such a high value of increase and decrease. I hope you fix this with an update! We need more incremental change!

      @boAt lifestyle how do you do it even after switching it off? It connects to the same device again once turned on. Or are you saying we need to switch the device’s bt off? If so then this is a pathetic design flaw.
