I have some problems with my earphones. If the right side earbird is used in calling alone, the mic works fine, but if both earbirds are used in calling, the right side earbird's mic does not work. And another problem is that the right side earbird doesn't pause & play like the left side earbird does. Right side does not work as when we remove the left side earbud it stops and when we put it on the right side does not work.

the issue is like if i am using both the buds at 100% battery for 2-3 hrs after that's only buds showing 93% battery and case showing 91% battery now if i put again into the box both the buds and fully charge the buds upto 100% the the case charge showing 74% but as per company they claim 120hrs battery backup but mine and my friend getting same issue what to do if it's continuing like this then how can i get 120hrs battery backup
Bro I also faced that issue so I simply stopped putting the earbuds in box till the charge gets down upto 10-20% and then I put the earbuds in box to charge.

It's great but sad for me .. can connect on my redmi note 5 pro, but no sound output on both sides . Only works when either 1 side of bud is already inside case, and connected to only 1 side bud so i use it for calls only. Dual pairing is not working 😕. That feature is there for sure because it connects to 2 devices at the same time sometimes. But not works all the time

the issue is like if i am using both the buds at 100% battery for 2-3 hrs after that's only buds showing 93% battery and case showing 91% battery now if i put again into the box both the buds and fully charge the buds upto 100% the the case charge showing 74% but as per company they claim 120hrs battery backup but mine and my friend getting same issue what to do if it's continuing like this then how can i get 120hrs battery backup

Bro I also faced that issue so I simply stopped putting the earbuds in box till the charge gets down upto 10-20% and then I put the earbuds in box to charge.
Only if u use at 60% vol level then u can get 120 hrs battery life.

Everything is alright except my right earbud are not that perfect. It had some scratches when it arrived and the 3 touch sound increasing feature isn't working right always. Instead of increasing the sound it is skipping to next video sometimes.Any remedy for this issue ?

same question. what does each mode do? like what's the difference between them
It's great but sad for me .. can connect on my redmi note 5 pro, but no sound output on both sides . Only works when either 1 side of bud is already inside case, and connected to only 1 side bud so i use it for calls only. No fun hearing songs from one side only 😅😢😢 dont know if its codec issue or something else

The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode indicated by rapid white LED flashes.

I bought mine everything is good But I find the volume increase and decrease value too much! It is better to have 5-10% increase than 25%! Why would you put it to such a high value of increase and decrease. I hope you fix this with an update! We need more incremental change!

Hi Rejath, unfortunately there is no option to connect the device to another device without switching it off. You need to first switch off the device and then pair it to another device.
