Go for office 365 if you can afford, that way your office version will always be up to date.

Yes office 2019 will have all the latest features like PNG Icons, Morph Transitions, Slide Zoom and Merge shapes..Only problem is you wont get features updates, while office 365 gets..That way office 365 always remins latest office versions on your system..I agree office 365 subscription is bit costly but its worth too..Choice is yours.👍
