Its not easy as it seems, yes you make money, but that also comes with responsibilities. This is what you call being a “third party” or a “middleman” where you will handle all the matter relating to the land to both parties, so if something were to happen, all the responsibilities will be on you.

Fooling people is big business among unethical individuals, (no matter how chummy they are at teaching or presenting). Israel does not own Palestinians’ lands either, however small the indigenous people’s lands are.
Time is wealth. And the person involved in a particular business has better approach and will deliver things smoothly in that business than an outsider.
What he described is wholesaling real estate but for him being so young he would just be getting a referral fee because you do have to be 18 for him to put properties under contract unless his parents would do it for him and if he listens he will be a great entrepreneur

Basically to become a businessperson you must have the collateral to sell though you are providing the service or facility or the platform. That platform is your Sale collateral. Like if anyone takeover your Platform you'll be left with nothing. So make your skillset your collateral not the physical entity.
