    Preparation
    1. Combine sifted flour with salt and baking powder
    2. Combine cottage cheese with soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, grind with a blender into the most homogeneous mass. Sugar can be increased to taste.
    3. Combine both mixtures and knead a non-stick dough. If the mass is dry, then add a spoonful of water or milk, if too sticky, then flour.
    4. Flatten the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
    5. Divide the dough into two parts, wrap one and send to the refrigerator.
    6. Round off the second part and roll it into a cake with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
    7. Cut into 8 segments, if desired, make two cuts in each.
    8. Put the filling on the wide part.
    9. Form a triangle over the filling, and wrap the notched part around, bending the narrow edge under the base of the workpiece.
    10. Place on non-stick paper.
    11. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convention for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
    12. Cool on a wire rack and sprinkle with icing sugar.
    Note!
    The baking time may differ from the one stated in the video, focus on your oven, and also take into account the material from which the form is made.
