Thier style is actually being called Black n Roll, and Satyr is basically Elvis of black metal. Great reaction, and i personally got a flashback to 2012 when i saw them live
This was my first song i heard from Satyricon and I still tune it it on a weekly basis (when my playlist runs them) awesome react and opinion about the song/band, it is indeed a little bit poppy/groovy beat/riff. I think the song meant for slightly wider audience who is not heard about them so they can vibe the band together. Hence alot of people started knowing the Satyricon is from this song. Because how 'noob' friendly the song is towards non metalhead audience.
This one regularly has been played in my local metal disco! 😉 It is very solid, although I got to know Satyricon 1996 with "Mother North", which sounds quite different than this!
I love satyricon. Every album has been better than the last. My first album was volcano, and I loved it. Not a huge fan of their early stuff but there are some good tracks. My favorite album by them would have to be the album this song is from.
When this album was released it was a huge disapoitment after volcano..they went downhill from this point..i still enjoyed eveything they did but not as good

Those riffs sound so restrained, like a clenched fist! The vocals are on point and the video is perfect. One of my absolute favourites.
The reaction came out right on the birthday of Frost (the drummer Of Satyricon ) Is it a coincidence ? Ahahaha
I’ve always loved this piece. Black Metal as it should be done.
Idk why everyone hates on this album. Pretty solid in my eyes. No where near where they were at first, but a good album.
Oh that's a flashback to 2006-2007. This always played in the metal club I used to visit and on the local radio rock channel.
That riff has such an understated drive. The vocals are amazing...

This takes me back!
This just hits a spot.

What, throwback? 2006 was just the other day... damn.
Good to see Satyricon getting some attention in the spotlight.
It's a catchy song but as a fan of their early work such as Shadowthrone and Nemesis Divina this ones a step down.
Please React on, Every Last Drop by Nachtmystium! (Psychedelic Black Metal)
Should check out the lyric video for Deep Calleth Upon Deep
Although black metal is far from my metal taste this one has extremely clever and catchy riffs. Nice.
Good morning
