    quality, £4k is Class 1 employer free if your NI bill is less than £100k a year. best to hire part time than ft staff. .

      £5k shortly! Re part time vs full, there are other costs to consider. Each ‘seat’ in a business tends to have other costs. Parking, toilet roll, tea bags, software licences, computers etc.

    Just one dumb question sorry. The NI paid is an allowable business expense for corporation tax, so how does it work if i claim the employment allowance and effectively dont pay any employers NI?

    • @HeelanAssociates
      @HeelanAssociates  9 месяцев назад +1

      If the employers NI is wiped out by the allowance, it hasn’t cost you anything so there is no tax deduction required.

    So can employers claim up to £4000 every year?

  • @christianpocobelli38
    @christianpocobelli38 Год назад

    Can this be claimed if company recently dissolved?

    • @HeelanAssociates
      @HeelanAssociates  Год назад

      You’d have to go to court to re open the company first, then it depends on the status of your payroll scheme.
