To dosto is video me hamne smart work ke baare me concepts dekhe jisme sabse pehle hamne Japanese case study dekhi thi ki ek company ne soap ke empty box ko track karne ke liye x-ray machines ke saath monitor connect kiya jabki dusri company ne use ek pankhe ko use kar ke hi solve kar diya. Iske baad hamne teen methods dekhe the jis se ham smart work kar sakte hai jisme sabse pehle hamne dekha tha ki :- Acquire rare and valuable skills. Ab mein ise maanta hu ki hamare desh me bhaut se log mehanti hai. Lekin maximum logo ke saath issue ye hai ki ham apni maximum mehnat galat direction me laga lete hai. Hame vo skills achieve karni hai jo rare ho aur jinki market me value bhi ho.. aankhe band kar ke useless mehnat karte rahenge to kuch bhi nhi hoga. Isme hamne billionaire Mark Cuban ka example bhi dekha tha..
Second point me hamne dekha tha ki output par hame focus karna chahiye na ki activity par jisme hamne ship ka ek fictional example dekha tha ki kaise ek ship owner engineers ko paise dene ke liye ready tha jo uski ship theek karne ke liye teen din tak uski ship me rahe lekin phir bhi ship theek nhi hui lekin vahi par ek budhe aadmi ne 15 minute me ship theek kar di to use paise dena use logical nhi laga.. The only reason for this is ki vo ship owner activity ko output se confuse kar raha tha. I hope ham khud ke saath aisa nhi karenge. Hame focus karna hai ki jab ham kaam kar rhe hai to us se output bhi aa raha hai ya nhi.
Finally third point me hamne dekha tha ki hamare jeetne ke chances tab zaada hai jab ham khud ko us enviornment un logo ke saath rakhte hai jo already successful ho chuke hai. Aur ham ye bhi jaante hai ki shuru me koi bhi successful insaan hamare saath nhi rehna chahega. Aur ek middle claas aadmi ke liye sabse sasta successful logo ke thoughts janne ka yehi hai ki ham unki books padhe aur nayi cheeze learn kare. Smart work only comes after long hard work .without hard work you can never become so smart.
Smart is terms that define brain, emotions, feelings, knowledge that comes with interest of learning. When person is not interested he naturally do hard work, and take long time for show-off working.
But why I have till now thousands of time listened to this but in mind I always think that people are given brain and they should make use of it ,smart work is just a word used for using brain while doing some work people take very wrong meanings hard work is good but it doesn’t give as much profit as smart work gives
Take 2 cases in mind
1) workers
2) joe Biden
See the basic difference is that workers work under leader they are just listening and doing donkey work and also they do not earn much but their leader assume joe Biden in this case he gives instructions to the workers under him , and he is doing more of smart work and this way has more earnings and fame then those workers so we can say that GiGL is explaining this difference to us
