The sickle does the job that the redeemer would do. The senator shreds hive guards and will even deal with brood commanders. Definitely a solid pick.

you can see the total damage output per shot in game it does less damage, has worse handling and lacks that special factor the incen breaker has! why does a shotgun have the handling far worse than any other shot gun but the same mag size basically than the incen breaker?!

Thanks for the impressions on the weapons - like the pretty chill approach and reasonableness with some of the 'controversial' weapons. ofc even some in the A tier could use some improvement tweaks, but you laid out what is most important imo.
comments like these are so funny considering 2/4 S tier weapons are there because of significant buffs, while the other two have basically remained untouched, and out of all the A tier weapons, only 2 of them have received any actual nerfs (slugger and eruptor). The other A tier weapons have either also been buffed to that tier, or slightly nerfed without any actual effect on their play (sickle and breaker).
Still love Eruptor for bugs or even bots while pairing it with something like Stalwart, Machine Gun, Heavy Machine Gun or Laser Cannon. Sniping Nests or Factories from a distance is super useful and being able to blow up walls / fences / storage containers makes it really useful. It feels like a Support Weapon in a way. Could it use a buff after the tweaks? Probably.
The blitzer is SO GOOD against bugs now. I got 1120 kills earlier in a 40 min mission with it (helldive). Load out: blitzer, grenade pistol, stuns, light armour, eagle air strike, rail-canon, quasar and laser dog
I democratically appreciate the blood you spilled for super earth. I also democratically find it almost impossible to believe you dropped over 1100 kills when the highest I’ve ever seen as a level 50 is closer to 500😂
Another check mark in the pro column for the incendiary breaker, with stalkers having better stealth now You can just blast your entire screen and if a pellet hits a stalker you'll be able to see it really easily

I think the scythe needs to go in the opposite direction as you described. The sickle already dominates the sustained fire niche, so the scythe might find a better home as a burstier hit-and-run style of weapon. Double its dps but reduce its fire time a bit, alongside giving it a better scope and crosshair, and it could be a useful precision weapon

The blitzer has to be ranked higher than the sickle. I love the sickle for long range add clear, but at closer range the blitzer can also stunlock stalkers,bile spewers and brood commanders where the sickle struggles against those med-heavy enemies.
Not sure if people are using the adjudicator much because I'd comfortably put in A tier or higher for bugs IF you build around it. While the mag size is subpar the DMG is great and the reload is speedy, if you take a supply pack it's one of the highest performing primaries because partial reloads maintain a damn near constant firerate of high DMG medium pen. Imo no other primary benefits from the supply pack as much, since they don't have performances that translate to non stop firing except jar 5, buy that's bad against hunters. Wheread the adjudicator is either great or pretty good against every bug in the game, only struggles to maintain that DMG output. Adjudicator+supply pack+ mg43 or HMG is strong asf in H9. Only contexts I'd pick the sickle over adjudicator is builds which primarily rely on an infinite ammo strategiem like arc thrower, quasar or laser cannon. The sickle has dog shit sustained firepower, it has merit in small bursts but if you aren't consistently swapping to another weapon to let it cool you are kneecapping yourself HARD.
A buff i want to see to the thermite is having it apply an area where it reduces armor class. So if you thermite a charger og titans head you can kill it with armor pen 4 instead of 5. Or a hulk could be killed in the eye to medium pen primaries. Just food for thought.
Breaker Incendiary is S tier even for bots. Just one coating of fire will kill every type of basic trooper in 5 seconds. And you can start damaging them even when they're still on their dropships.

BUFF THE OTHER STUFF Also, I don't know how some people defend the Purifier at all. That gun is easily hands down the worst gun I used in the entire game. I don't even care about the AoE. That thing is absolutely horrible. I feel like I'm shooting water balloons at the bugs / bots. I tried to my hardest to get to like it but I just can't. That gun out of any you said "needs a buff bad."
that eruptor comment/placement i feel like was a misunderstanding of why many people liked to use it if you want to kill bugs with it now it doesnt kill anything in a reasonable amount of time (or ammo frankly), you're better off using any other weapon its basically just a grenade pistol as a primary but worse than the grenade pistol atm i know they plan to do some more changes to it though

I would put the arc blitzer in S tier. It has a good stager, it cost no ammo, can kill large groups (of hunters) and can kill medium bugs. You just need to use a shield because the close range and it has a hard time against flying bugs.

I think all ARs need a buff bad. Not necessarily for damage but bullet capacity. Why would I bring an AR over the sickle or scythe which keep ya in the fight longer with potentially unlimited ammo or the smgs, which the in the case of the defender, does better damage for the same amount of ammo as the liberator, or the pummeler which has the same amount of ammo as the liberator plus a great stagger effect?

I'm just worried about the sickle losing its identity and I like the playstyle and flow that comes with a more traditional reload pacing, assuming you are able to output a sufficient amount of damage per reload. That's why I'd prefer damage per shot buffs for the ARs instead of giving them all giant mags. Spending so long holding down the trigger just feels monotonous to me.

I cant speak for others but its hard to know what you did and didnt unlock in the early to mid game. You can unlock warbonds in any order so I just choose to rate everything against themselves so you can make that choice if you dont have the gun im talking about!
You're out of your mind putting eruptor in A tier. Especially when you can take a secondary for the exact same utility purpose. Its doing the damage of plasma punisher but with a slow bolt action reload.
2 taps brood commanders, 3 taps bile spewers, 1 mags a chargers butt, hive guardians die 2-3 shots. Pair this with a teammate that is bringing the incen breaker and you 2 can efficiently kill everything outside of a bile titan with your primary's!
the spray and pray is actually quite good. I tried it once and stopped using it, but recently tried it again and it wasn't bad. It definitely can't compare to the other two breakers, but the full auto fire is nice when dealing with hordes of chaff. But I would put the new "large caliber" assault rifle and explosive liberator both in the "needs buff bad" category. They are just so underwhelming that they aren't fun to use above difficulty 5. Also surprised to see the dominator as S tier. Its terrible ergonomics makes me hate it every time I use it. Its useless once enemies swarm around you with its short magazine and half a second aim lag. The scorcher does its job except its nimble and has that explosive bubble.

Cross Bow need a buff, you don't use it to say its B tier, and Eruptor is trash tier, why you would play this over anything else ? you don't even one shot an hive guard, bad ergonomie, bad reload time, no Aoe (for real, the radius is just nothing) i remind this here, you need Three shot to kill commander, 2 to hive guard, at a 25 fire rate xD its uselss actually.

I run a very similar loadout on helldive. I use the EAT instead of auto cannon, but I get 600-700 in a decent amount of matches.

Purifier needs to fire proactively, then recharge like blitzer. That alone would fix 60% of its issues.
Or make it a variable charge up like the railgun so you can do quick charge shots for light enemies.

people are very interested when they come back to the game on how weapons have changed! Instead of reading through all the patches they would rather have it condensed into a video. Also great for new players looking for an opinion on things!
