HMC E4 Ocarina

This video explains the procedures used by E4 students at HMC to produce their ocarina using the tools in the Student Machine Shop. The ocarina is assembled from two parts - a PVC tube which makes up the body of the instrument, and a nylon plug which functions as the mouthpiece. Students produce their ocarina parts based on mechanical drawings provided to them at the start of the project.
