    Yo no entender ingles pero me guíe por como indicasteis los cables pero te hubiera quedado mucho mejor si hubieras quitado la manguera que no deja ver bm pero aki esta mi like porque si me sirvió mucho

    Could also be crank position sensor if it is a "turns over but won't crank" scenario.... just fyi

    My 2.0 has ignition coil no distributor, wires directly from coil to spark plugs

    The first spark plugs starts left to right not right to left on engine

    does the ignation coil carriers the RPM signal to the dashboard

      the ignition coil is meant what creates high voltage for the ignition system to make a spark... it's what changes the low voltage (12.6V from the battery) to high voltage (18-60000V depending on age of car and sophistication of the ignition system)

      it's not meant to carry a signal to you tachometer... thats left to the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS)

      what about if its cabrator, you know they usually dnt have crankshaft sensor

      If I'm not mistaken, older cars used a governor. Basically, it mechanically measures engine speed.
