Always puzzles me that a lot of people bad mouth the government but then "back the blue" as if cops aren't the sharp end of the spear that is government power, the very thing they claim to hate. Contradictory.
One correction. The number one crime in America is wage theft. So they beat the blue line gang by a long shot.
I think more people need to realize that police are terrorists because they use intimidation and force against civilians in pursuit of political and ideological aims rather than enforce laws. In America if politicians write something down that violates our rights (that includes liberty) than it's not a law. It's a political or ideological aim. Having liberty means if someone isn't violating anothers rights, they are not doing anything wrong or unlawful. Most "laws" in the US are not legitimate.

What do you expect when you give a bunch of adults with shrinking brains a badge, a gun, and authority? I say shrinking brains because the vast majority of them barely graduated high school, couldn't solve a 6th grade pre algebra problem if they tried, they usually don't have any hobbies such as drawing, playing an instrument, reading or writing, the only thing they know how to write is a ticket. So when they signed up for the force, they effectively shut off their brains, and just cruise around looking for someone to body slam, and when they're off duty they get drunk. Talk to one who's been in the "force" for 10 or more years. You're talking to a mindless drone at that point.

Technically, by law, if you immediately provide the officer with your license, registration, and proof of insurance, you don't have to talk to them at all. This is what they tried to present there. Of course, we all know they take every single possible chance to start snooping around someone's property, so you need to exercise your rights: (a) do not talk to the police, and (b) slightly open the window to hand them your documents and close it, (c) exit the vehicle if they ask you to, because that is required for officer safety according to SCOTUS.

I love that phrase "stack the blue" I'm all about stackin the blue. We all should be stacking the blue.
Citizen safety= Heroism Cop safety= Cowardness!
The word "prick" is hundreds of years old. During the witch hunts, a person called a witch pricker was designated to poke and prick you with a sharp object to see if you were a witch. But today, we look for drugs instead of broom sticks. But we still use the word prick. The dark ages are still here but we've changed the facade.
You have no idea how true this statement is. The b.a.r. is an extension as well.
Getting pulled over is not "like" getting held up by a guy with a gun, it literally is getting held up by a guy with a gun.

You guys should make a video on what to Actually do when you get pulled over for a traffic stop. Examples would be...Do Not roll your window down all the way. Just enough to converse with the officer, not enough for them to get their hand in. Lock all your doors. Do not answer questions like where are you coming from..where are you going. Put your license and registration against the window and make them right down your info . Don't hand it over. Always record your interactions. Do not admit to anything he claims you did. e.t.c.
I want to pay for a billboard for a month that has a picture of a cop car with the font beware of road pirates below it.
I was about to get a warning, according to the cop who pulled me over. When I didn’t answer questions about my day, I got a ticket after the cop got butthurt because I was quiet and didn’t feel like chatting.
Have a zipper on the side of your car like the surveillance van in Cheech and Chong :SHOOT THE MOON!!
@@TallDiana too bad you didn't record it ,and play it in court.
Not like they would really care anyways.
That's a near guaranteed "Get outta the car!" scenario.
Get out, arms raised, drop to knees, "Please don't shoot me!". This will subliminally look, to a jury, like pig is threatening to execute u. Keep saying "I'm sorry!". Tell the jury "Yeah, I thought he was going to kill me when he reached 4 his gun n I saw the rage in his eyes."
Remove qualified immunity and sue them not the taxpayers! Survival rate will go up by 1000%
Don't talk to criminals in uniform, leave your window up, record everything, use 2A id you feel threatened.
Do NOT comply, and fire the LOT of them!
James Bybee talks like a cop .
He's either that or just one of the bootlickers who as James always says "they back the blue till it happens to you"
@@billtate6962 I agree .
He's lonely no one wants to lick his boots He's just trying to get attention all I see is a dumb a$$ all gotta have one in the crowd
Is a cop just my opinion
Holy crap! its never been like that for me. I was a heroin addic tfor many years. Sober now by the grace of well me. They dehumanize the hell out of you. Once they know you are an addict they will abuse you six ways to sunday. I had my ass beaten by a cop because when I told him I had rigs in my pocket he tightened my cuffs...which I should not have been in...because I had no drugs, the rigs were clean, and I committed no crimes.,..they just knew my car. He reached into my pocket and basically said that I could have given him a disease and when I told him they were clean and I only use rigs once, render them safe and then put them in a container that I seal and throw away when it is full he basically got angry and kicked my ass while I was in cuffs and then took me to jail. Spent three days in jail, dopesick as hell, car got impounded, lost my job because they only let me make one phone call and the person I called did not call my boss for me.
They charged me with paraphenalia. It was dismissed. I lost so much....went through dopesickness for days in a horrible jail and I had no recourse to do anything about it.
Well done 👍

Remember they always want you to wave your rights. And when don't they will jack you out of the car because there scare of you. They always use safety to justify it.
Love the recommendation to have your DL, INS and Reg. ready when the cop walks up to the car. How many times have we seen cops claim he saw the driver making "Furtive Movements" and using it to justify a search.
Every time I've gone for the paperwork before he approached that's the lie I've heard.
It's such a bullshit justification as well. Should never be allowed unless they actually see something to give them facts that support criminal activity.
The argument that it gives them probable cause is false, the argument that it gives them even RAS of a Crime is false.
RAS of a Crime means that the officer is aware of facts and reasonable inferences from those facts that would lead them to conclude you were committing a Crime. That simple isn't the case when all they see is some movement, it's just not a reasonable inference as there are other likely causal explainations for the movement, like finding paperwork that you are about to need.

True but their get-outta-anything free card is "orificer safety". "I murdered the child bcuz I thought ..."
@@ralph3333 yes there is the good old officer safety excuse. The argument being that as the supposed reason for the search is to protect the significant government interest of officer safety that the search is reasonable and therefore the 4th amendment is not implicated, so a policy to search any area of the car for safety is considered fine.
I have a couple of issues with that, firstly is there any quantifiable facts that back up the claim that there is an actual risk, secondly a policy only stands up to constitutional scrutiny when it considers the least intrusive measures required to achieve the government interest that it's there to protect. I simply argue there are less intrusive means available to achieve that debatable government interest in officer safety in this scenario.
Yeah, and it's always amusing to watch cops repeat "furtive movements" again and again like a kid who just learned a new word. Recently we saw a video of a cop claiming his partner saw the driver making "furtive movements" BEFORE they pulled him over. Um, htf can you make _sneaky_ movements when you think you're alone in private? 🤨
The first thing anyone should do is get a dashcam. Make sure you record everything. It could save you in the end.
Dashcams are only good for determining fault in accidents (and catching amusing things for social-media). Cameras do nothing about dirty cops, not anymore. The WHOLE SYSTEM is corrupt, so cops no longer fear cameras or witnesses. Bryce Masters recorded his encounter and look what happened to him. 😕
It can save your life even
Basically, doNOT answer questions. Don’t tell them where u are going, or where u came from. Do NOT consent to searches and state that immediately. State that u are invoking your 1st, 4th, and 5th amendments.
But, you should request the reason for the stop.
Don't forget they love calling you a sovereign citizen if you know your rights
