- Just a Jester trying to be a King! Welcome back everyone! In this video we prepare for our first night of racing with USMTS at Humboldt speedway. After a strong qualifying effort, we had to fight for a position due to the top 6 invert. Failing to gain enough passing points, we had to run a B-main where our bad luck continued! Oh Hailie, you’re reminding me of myself when we raced back in the day. I was hands on everything both home and track always ready with wrench in hand. They called me Pit Bull! Hang in there Holland’s, you’ll get it dialed in and then there will be smiles all around. Someone once told me as I carried my grudges and upsets at the track to just try and have fun.
Chase's girlfriend needs a MVP award. She's on top of anything that needs to be done.

Chase was right in the heat race Mr. Chavis!. He did have a throttle push. Listen to your driver. These guys your racing against have tons of experience and know what changes to make to there cars. Make sure you guys are taking notes and writing them down. Good luck to you guys

That first heat looked like #45 was tentative. Running in the groove for qualifying is a lot different than putting yourself in the mix and not holding back. I'm not in favor of pit manuvers or dirty tactics, but a racer is not tentative, and has to get in mix. Chase, I'm pulling for you all the way. I wish you would drive a little deeper into the turns and stand on it sooner coming out.

I know it is what you have to do, because I worked with Kelly Shryock for a long time, which is how he drove, and how the majority of the drivers drove that I seen race with the USMTS.
Excellent footage of real life racing. I use to put my hand on the tires after each race UNTIL I got an infer-red little hand held temp gauge, was a great tool to cross check tire contact pattern , exhaust port temps, etc. God Bless you all and safe travels

I've been racing for a long time and one of the biggest mistakes I see racers make week end and week out is over adjusting the car .. they get caught up in chasing the track when sometimes you just haft to let the track come to you .,..
The tough times strengthen a good team. You’ll get it together. Go fast & turn left

Im just gonna give my honest opinion here and I hope you guys dont take this the wrong way. I think Chavus needs to listen to Chase a little more as far as feed back on how and what he is feeling in the car. I feel like Chavus goes off what the car is doing on the track by look. Example in this video Chase comes back in from heat race and says we shouldnt have done that to left rear it was just shovin the nose on throttle. Chavus then says well I dont think so it didnt look like it. Chase is telling you what its doing take that feedback and apply that to your changes you make. I love watching you guys and the awesome content. Just my 2 cents that prob dont mean jack. Keep diggin Chase only way to go is foward!

Guys I will always watch and root for you. But I believe your beating yourself with all the adjustments, I know you have to keep up with track but I think your over thinking it. Good job better luck next time.

Great video awesome job. When things don't wright you need to load it up and take a break from racing and figure out how to get better then unload and get started again being mad at yourself and everyone around is not the way you be having fun is the name of the game. Be safe and keep digging it will come.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing they invert certain qualifiers. Whatever it is it's stupid in my opinion! It defeats the entire purpose of qualifying. It's like you get punished for going fast WTF! Come on USMTS change that crap
Sorry, but that car is not easy to spot on the track unless it's in front of the camera. Yellow is still my favorite to watch. You guys will get it, I have 💯 confidence in the crew and you Chase
Thursday night was about a one lane track
Hay it's racing, if you make a call for a change and it works your a hero ! But if not your a ZERO, you learn and move on it's tough when your racing with the best in the country it a long road but that's how you learn how fast you are is to get out there and do it !

I don't understand the qualifying. Chase qualified 1st in his group but starts 6th, but 7th and 8th started where they qualified I'm so confused ?..... If this is the case then this series needs to rethink how they do things cos that defeats the purpose of qualifying. I believe where u qualify is where you should start same with the heat races I don't believe they should invite anyting where you finish is where you should start
Everybody knows that without a good woman on the team the whole team will fall apart. So with that being said mom just know that your part is absolutely the most important

I really don't understand why they even qualify if they are not going to go in that order.

Inversion of your quickest qualifiers makes no sense, we race on dirt the track changes all night long you can be bad fast in qualifying all by your lonesome but as soon as you get next you others in dirty air the car could be complete garbage & as you seen in the heat race it was one lane on the bottom you lost the race before it even started.
Does it help you all if we watch the full Ads???? If so I will continue to watch the full ad.! Especially since I would love/desire to help you all financially.! Unfortunately I am not in the position to!! May our Father in heaven continue to bless you all..!!
I don't understand you go out get fast time of your group then you make changes here's a saying that says if it's not broke don't fix it I'm sorry but I have to agree with Chase that was the wrong thing to do
Hate is a strong word but, man I hate that invert rule!!! Qualify p1 in your group and get rewarded with a 6th place start in a heat??? Help me understand please lord, help me understand!!! The only thing wrong with USMTS in my opinion!!!
At least 6 groups. There was a fastest in each group.
