Off all the Big game hunting in Africa ,I really don't find crocodile hunts too exciting nor dangerous unless if you fall into the water maybe..Crocks are awesome predators they don't discriminate 😅

This can have the admirable side effect of preserving some species that would otherwise be persecuted (often extinct outside hunting preserves). They are also is on record advocating protection of excessive populations of destructive invasive pests, a recent example being tahr in New Zealand. Recreational hunters (& their "guides") and associated lobby group the "Tahr Foundation"s inability to keep the numbers of these pests within an approved management plan limit (being too inept to be successful otherwise) recruited this US Safari club input and presented what is effectively pest protection propaganda. Supporting them needs to include awareness their activities includes actively promoting ignoring serious ecological niche damage to maintain pest populations in excessive enough numbers even they can find one to kill and thus pretend they are "Safari hunters".

Shooting from a rifle hundreds of feet out behind some bushes. What's so hard about that? How does that take any skill. Rich people with money will do anything for a pastime that requires no skill. Go and catch it with ropes and remove it if its causing problems to the locals. Shooting it is shameful
