Its hard to adopt flutter considering its infancy. Hopefully it will grow based on the stength of its framework. Ie: ease of use, runtimes and deployment rates. It's always hard to compete with a mature technology, but Google can provide alot of support and resources that can help it grow in popularity quickly.

I was using flutter for mobile app development. In my words if your app has more things about ui , animations and front end part just go with flutter.
