I agree with Chris being motm, Manny was sick but Chris carried his entire team. Filly didn't play as well as he could have imo, he did carry some of the weight for a little while but he's in "did a job" at most.
I think Filly had cramp or something, he didn’t look like his usual self tbh. I’d argue the same about Tobi. I think Filly might actually be the best footballer there normally. Either him, Manny, or Chris imo.
think freezy should have been higher, he stopped speed from scoring. I personally agree with chris being man of the match. manny did get a hattrick but his goals just weren't as impressive to me I guess. chris got past like 3 defenders by himself to score a goal, aside from pretty much carrying the team. and you cant really say that manny carried his team. Simon could have just as easily scored the first goal himself and tobi could have scored his third as well instead of passing it to him. Xqc pretty much handed him the other goal when he spilled it out to him. Take Manny out of the game and the sdmn are still scoring at least two of his three goals and still winning the game. Take Chris out and the YTAS are getting completely destroyed. IMO Chris definitely deserves man of the match. But again Manny is a great player and definitely does deserve a high rating.
Yeah, goals are overrated. Scoring a hattrick against a goalie who has never touched a football before isn't worth much. Hell, I've scored a hattrick from left back against a bad keeper, and I sure as hell wasn't MotM in that game!
Manny Vs Chris is totally like Messi v Ronaldo, one scored 3 easy goals; the other was playing deep carrying the ball forward while creating chances and scoring too. To me Chris's performance was the best in any previous Sidemen Charity Matches
xQc actually didn't get the worst fotmob rating ever, in 2020 in a game Between AIK and IFK Göteborg in the swedish league a player was subbed on at with 24 minutes left and got ONE touch in total, lost lots of duels and got a rating of 0,1, Alexander Farnerud for IFK Göteborg.
XQC couldnt do much about 6 of the 8 goals imo. The rating he got is so unfair and for KSI to get a 7.1 and concede 5 goals. Never happened on futmob for a keeper. Bias is real
Idk about futmob but they're definitely pulling those ratings out of their ass. KSI literally trolled for 30 mins of the match, lets in 5 goals including an OG and gets a 7.1? he only made 1 good save the entire match. Also nobody mentioned xQc catching the dangerous corner kick which isn't easy.
most of your judgement was on stats but if you watched the game live you’d see very different results. Vik wasnt that good, Speed had a shocker with his missed shots, and xQc played better than both PieFace and CaltheDragon last year, he just had no defence infront of him so he had to deal with Manny and Simon completely open from 7 metres away
I agree. Theo is focused too much on Fotmob and not using his own opinion as much. Danny did fairly ok, Speed was available for so many goals and improved his game so much, Niko was kind of selfish in a couple of spots, and Vikk rarely went up for a challenge and ran away from the ball half the time.
Minter and Manny definitely didn’t try as much. Simon played so many passes instead and Manny most of the time Vikk was offside or he was very through. This is from the stadium POV irl.

In fairness only 3 of the goals he was actually playing but still (unless he was that far out of position i didnt see him). 2nd sidemen goal he just walks slowly as Simon runs past him and scores, 3rd he's completely out of position and Manny easily passes right past him and a slowly jogs as they score and for the 4th goal he doesn't react at all when xQc makes a save and its a tap in for Manny

I am really shocked ksi got 7.1 rating after getting 1 own goal and conceding 4 more goals. He even left his position for the last 15 minutes. Guess he really played well in stopping the shots, and if he played seriously, he might even get around 8 rating

If xQc knew how to use his hands, I don't think Manny would be one of the Top 2 players in the game. Personally, I would even say that Simon played better than Manny, he just played deeper and wider than he normally does so he didn't score as many as he normally does. But he was more involved in the creation of the goals.

In my opinion Duke actually did well. For his knowledge of the game, with no experience, he did decent. He was defending pretty well. Definitely not the best but still impressive though. I'd put him higher in the ratings.
Calfreezy has been done dirty in every rankings list. He was directly responsible for saving 2 goals, had he not been there were 100% guaranteed to be goals. Bill star has been niced in every list as well. Apart from the one assist he got, he fumbled it every single time the ball was passed to him and he was way offside when they had 3 vs the goalkeeper.
ksi balled out imo he is prob one of the best guys to put in goal he played way better than he did in defense if he tried more could have been a man of the match tbh
For me the flaw in your reasoning is you've put xQc in the bottom tier and KSI in 'Meh' and that would indicate goals would not be hard to score (well, they weren't against xQc!) so shouldn't be used as a factor for putting players in a higher tier. I would have put KSI in 'Did a job' and Speed in 'Meh', but Chris MD is a worthy Man of the Match imho.

And I feel like Ethan’s goal is downplayed a bit and should be considered as the best goal of the game ! He ran it up along side the field and jumped and swerved to get his goal! Well deserved and not enough hype over the play itself! And JJ definitely should be in balled out or at least did a job since he did make some crucial mistakes too! But some of his blocks were perfect and smooth! I was impressed with his performance this year especially taking on this position too! But Ginge and Filly should be Did a Job I just don’t think Filly played at his “balled out” potential that we know him to have and with Ginge I feel like his plays or defense weren’t as strong as I feel he could have been! Been waiting for a vid like this, thanks Theo. The teams were so unbalanced in Sidemen's favour. KSI, Freezy, Harry and Angry Ginge at the back vs xQc, Jidion, Duke Denis and Will.. Niko up front vs Miniminter... I'm obviously a huge Sidemen fan but I was heavily rooting for YT All Stars, those teams better be fixed next year
I somewhat agree but YTAS had so many chances and made the stupidest of mistakes. Speeds penalty, 2 free goals which he missed, Will booting it into Chunkz, Xqc throwing the ball into Jidion. The dumbest of mistakes and Theo not being there was their undoing. Also focusing too much on Speed. The Sidemen were mostly getting battered in the first half so it could've gone the other way easily

Freezy stopped 2 goals actually. There was one at the beginning he blocked with a slide which I honestly didn't know he was capable of
