How do these boards compare to an exile board for wave riding? Do these skim better on shallow water than exile? I’d like to see contrast to a carbon fiber board
I feel like I’m at a very similar skill level as the kid. Any tips on how to do a 3-shuv for someone who can already do a 180° shuv? I’m always leaving the board behind and stumbling forward when I try a 360° shuv-it
@@Youngstomata surprisingly yes. I wasn't expecting a slip on to hug my feet. And since they are fishing shoes they are made with waterproof materials. The soles are also sipped like a car tire and grip wet surfaces pretty well. I mainly stopped skimming barefoot because I almost always step on a razor clam.

Do you wear water prof shoes for this?
I wear Columbia PFG slip ons when I skim. so yes it's waterproof. the DB team I am not sure what the rock.
