  • On this episode we provide a simple DIY solution to house your spark plug wires with these custom Stainless Wire Looms. We take some notes from Henry Ford himself- The iconic and much loved Ford Flathead V8 have always looked very atheistically pleasing due to many details, one of those details is the simple way to hold and organise the spark plug wires.
Some scrap stainless and some references from the factory ford wire holders we create some pleasing holders for ‘Black Sunrise’. These are the details that I love! The small, but impactful pieces of the puzzle. Thanks to Rick at Noble Speed Equipment for the spark plug wires, boots, and nickel plated covers that set this above the rest!

Watched from Yosemite Kentucky. Great project. I have three Model A's, 28 coupe, 30 Fordoor, 31 Fordoor with slant windshield. Owned the cars since early 80's. The 30 is all original runs great but interior needs restoration. Thinking of making the 28 into a roadster. Love your car! I enjoy your channel. Thanks for sharing!

Love the tubes. You should consider kits with tubes and stand seperate for a builder type kit like your buddy Carl does with tools. I love it.

"Side profile of a boob." Me has to wonder what art project that came from! Josh and drone and extra set of hands, drink and drink! Ben must be loving this! What a bespoke addition to a hot rod with history! Seriously, incredible design and execution! Wish I had the skills to try this on my '46! Once again, F@cking ART! Go Bennetts Customs, keep moving forward!

Nice touch Jordan they look the part and are a practical piece as well, Ford should have carry overed that design on later V8's it makes the engine look much tidier. Cheers Greg

Quite the opening on the Grill near the Champion banner.....That ain't just Pareidolia, perhaps it would be better suited above the SNATCH sign. 🤔 Awesome work on the Stainless S/P wire looms!

What a fine addition of practical sparkler wire management! I’m wondering if snaking the wires became maddening when it came to doing the last ones with the distributor ends on them? I’m guessing you did the plug ends first on those and left the distributor ends off before snaking at that point. Fascinating watch as usual as you kept making them cooler and cooler and cooler!

In the food industry we always purge welded stainless steel pipes to eliminate the rough oxidised weld on the inside.
What a beautiful finish to the vehicle. Very impressive.

What an awesome idea. And I especially like the sandblasted look. And with the wax it looks like jet hot coating (I think that's what its called). Also I noticed the distributor cap matches the body color 👍👍

I may or may not have ripped down that air strip & the nearby speedway track in an old car or cars...and borrowed someone's bike, run off the track, survived the water filled Wisalts banks, the rock heap, came to a halt fully, completely & utterly wet head to toe.
And so it was, I discovered "Soakin better than broken"
The day Ripperpotamus was born hahaha
