A lot of people share the idea of peppino rescuing the monsters from the crumbling underground, and i think a fun idea could be that in a few rooms in you can see a few enemies trotting along in the background, eventually becoming a whole nebulous cloud that moves along the background at peppino’s pace, so he’s truly getting everyone out even if the game would probably only have the major characters following behind you
Running from the Flower Patch to The End, bringing Asriel, Micro-Froggit, Nice Cream Guy, Monster Kid, Gerson, Temmie, Mad Mew Mew, Bratty and Catty, and even Burgerpants, all the way to the surface. Like Peppino wakes up after the Pacifist final boss and he’s like “imma be right back, forgot-a my keys” and just violently sprints away

Peppino starts to charge up his most powerful super jump, rocks are around him, but the Italian bursts through the roof of the underground, blasting it into pieces. Looks like the others grabbed onto him to escape.
0:00 You (Frisk) crashed into the Core and destroyed it and a timer pops on your screen for 5 minutes and 38 seconds. 0:01 You start to run for your life exiting the room where you destroyed the Core. 0:27 You exit the Core and blast through MTT Resort with speeds of mach 3. 0:54 You enter Hotland and dash past Alphys' lab grabbing her and Mettaton. 1:26 You exit Hotland and enter Waterfall with speeds of mach 4. 1:56 You grab Undying and Monster Kid and lose your speed because how heavy Undying is. 3:19 You finally exit Waterfall after a while and enter Snowdin back at mach 3. 3:33 You grab Sans and Papyrus and enter mach 4. 4:01 You eat one of Sans' hot dogs to regain your stamina but slow down to mach 1. 4:27 You exit Snowdin and enter the Ruins back at mach 3 again. 4:56 You grab Toriel and exit her house on mach 4. 5:10 You grab Flowey with no hesitation and he says "Hey! I’d say if there’s ever an undertale x PT fangame. Normally in the overworld peppino would only be able to only walk around cuz he lost his ability to mach run when he fell down then after you beat omega flowey. Instead of destroying the barrier. He destroy the pillar john which came out of nowhere then he would be able to run in the overworld again and the game turns into a 2D perspective like PT and you run to the start then superjump out from where he had fallen down.

Nah Sans wouldn't run. He'd just walk in the opposite direction and then appear at the exit before telling you he took a shortcut.
Pov: after asriel broke the barrier he accidentaly teleported you to the place where you fall down, so you have to go to there before it closes again
And also he teleported everyone else to your location so you have to bring them with you
