I liked Phases 1-3 as they actually kinda changed the sound, if that makes sense. Phase 3 kinda falls flat though as it sorta just sounds like you took the original song and slightly changed the instruements a bit. It dosent sound very "undertale" esuque.

The use of the intro at 10:07 for the green greens 8-bit section is so clever!!! I LOVE (heh) it!!!!
