the reason the dmg numbers are kinda "low" in mode is because of the passive where the more dmg u take the more u do

You didnt notice that he has a special animation when blocking like ultra instinct goku but instead of blocking he just eats the damage

a block sacrifice for 2x health and life steal punches plus mode passive that stacks damage you do for damage you take is more than worth it

dont know if anyone has said this but the block still functions the same, as in you dont get hit stunned from blockable skills. its just that you dont take reduced damage but it can still help with not getting comboed and it can let you take dmg for the passive without having to eat a combo afterwards

btw you can do standing last m1 into grab to do more damage but you have to spam 1 for it to be true

upfling or air dropkick is best way to extend into grab because you get more damage than the downslam and as you saw downslamming is sometimes inconsistent to extend if you don't time moves correctly

There are 2 attacks in all of ABA that kills a Goku who has MUI requirements, which is death block (super dummy) and super kamehameha (cell). **no other one shots kill him without him moding**
Ok so how evo works is when you use it it takes 1 bar of mode and then your mode bar slowly drains while youre in it til it gets to half
