TAKANAKUY VS RUNA TINKU, realizado en el estadio Chimpapampa del distrito de Oropesa, provincia de Quispuicanchis, departamento de Cusco. Takanakuy es una costumbre que se convirtió en una expresión cultural muy arraigada hasta nuestros días en los departamentos de Cusco- Arequipa- Apurimac y otros lugares. Se organiza esta actividad por parte de los promotores de las costumbres y tradiciones de la provincia de Chumbivilcas, donde a golpe de puños y patadas entre hombres y también entre mujeres, generalmente jóvenes y adultos, que desean resolver ese mismo día algún reclamo o conflicto de interés personal y familiar ocurrido en el transcurso del año. El Takanakuy es una palabra quechua conformada por los vocablos TAKA que en castellano significa golpear con los puños, y NAKUY traducido como “hacerse mutuamente algo”. Hay cinco tipos de 'personajes' tradicionales (Majeño, Q’arawatana, Negro, Langosta, Q’ara Kapa) retratados durante la ceremonia, que tienen funciones diferentes, basados en símbolos culturales andinos. La mayoría de las vestimentas llevan pantalón para cabalgar de cuero, una máscara de lana colorida denominada uya chullo, que cubre toda la cara, la cual es característica del área regional de Chumbivilcas. Los uya chullos pueden llevar disecados de animales en la parte superior. Tienen diferentes colores, diseños y patrones textiles.
El Tinku es un ritual y una danza folklórica de Bolivia que se realiza en el norte del Departamento de Potosí. El significado de la palabra, originaria del idioma quechua, es "encuentro"; en aymara significa "ataque físico". Es necesario mencionar que no debe confundirse la "Danza del Tinku", cuya creación es del siglo xx con el "Ritual ceremonial del Tinku", que es de origen preinca.
