    To make a semolina cottage cheese casserole with chocolate topping:
    * Mold diameter 20 cm
    Cottage cheese - 600 g
    Sour cream 20% - 100 g
    Zest of half a lemon
    Sugar - 100 g
    Vanilla sugar - 20 g
    Salt - a pinch
    Eggs - 3 pcs.
    Semolina - 35-40 g
    Raisins - 100 g
    Chocolate sauce:
    Cocoa - 3 tablespoons
    Sugar - 3 tablespoons
    Sour cream 20% - 3 tablespoons
    Butter - 20 g
    1. Add sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, semolina, zest of half a lemon to the curd. Grind the mass with a blender until smooth.
    2. Add eggs, stir. Let stand for 15 minutes, so that the semolina swells a little.
    3. Add washed and dried raisins.
    4. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the sides with butter. Pour out the curd mass.
    5. Bake for 40-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. When baking, the casserole will rise, but it will settle a little when it cools, this is quite normal. Allow the finished curd casserole to cool in the mold for 10-15 minutes, then you can take it out of the mold and decorate as desired.
    6. For the glaze, mix sugar with cocoa, add sour cream, stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove the glaze from heat and add a piece of butter. As it cools, the glaze will thicken.
