So here is a perfect and simple recipe of My Delicious Seviyon Ka Muzzafar 🤩
INGREDIENTS
- 250 GRAMS SEVIYAN
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1&1/2 SUGAR
- 1 CUP WATER
- 4-5 GREEN CARDAMOM
- ALMOND & PISTA (SLICED)
- ZAFFRAN
- CHANDI WARK
- 1/2 CUP COOKING GHEE
- 1 CUP KHOYA
- PINCH OF ZARDA COLOR (OPTIONAL)

If you can plz convey mutton veal real dehli style biryani. I am sure yours would be most appropriate one. The one served in weddings. I guess it has less masalas but a amazing taste. I think saffron is also added.

Sorry to say, it's not turned out good. Became sticky like toffee. Shireen apa recipes are prefect, she shares exact quantity of ingredients. In this recipe sugar is too much.
