Yeah, most tip videos fail to mention this because it’s the most important piece of information. A lot of people might consider it a cheese and choose to do it fairly, but they should at least be known
Man I died last night on this mode at the brute in Ch 12. Totally heatbreaking but I can do it in about 4 hours now. Once you know what areas to just sprint through it makes it not so bad to reset.
@@davidstockman1456you cant !! In impossible mode you only get one save slot and one life literally one life so that mean you have to pause the game right before you die and reload the last save data

I kept watching your video on your speed run to help me know What to watch out for in each level and listening to what you actually helped me beat my impossible run yesterday
Bro! Thank you, honestly man. I watch your video start to finish as I was playing & paused every few steps so I’d know roughly about enemies or what to do, and the contact beam? I never used it on the original, but first time playing you made this incredible helpful. What i notice about ds1 (org) and the remake is that the original was definitely wayy harder on hardcore mode. Ttk was way longer and the slasher charge kits were an instant death 99% of the time
You have to consider the fact that in the original dead space, you still had the regular save system to use on impossible mode. You could die as many times as you want and still beat impossible mode. That one thing alone is why I beat impossible mode as a teenager on the original dead space. I never beat hard core on dead space 2 because of the 3 save limit, the stress of not dying across multiple chapters was too much for me lol I think I made it to like chapter 9 or so before I died and ragequit.

40:21 nice! You can even do this from that room through the broken window. I’ve yet to see anyone else do this. Great video! Love the commentary on a speed run.

The hunter is just that and the quick one i don't remember 😅 ooh and the spitter and brute everybody knows. If i got the words wrong hey english is my second tongue so yeah but you get the idea ✌the wall one : guardian 😅 i think that's all of them
While I took my time playing through Impossible Mode, I used your guide to find the best way to get through it effectively. Your commentary was a big help, thanks for the video! I got platinum #154 thanks to you. Much appreciated. 🏆
Looking for impossible difficulty walktrough, watched the whole speedrun cause the commentaries keep things interestings. And I realized you speedrun The Evil Within on a regular basis one of my favorite game !
I noticed you took an elevator to Wheezer 7. How did that elevator get exposed? Was it by shooting the 2 locations in the wall? Following the intended path gets you grabbed by the worm(?).
Jesus. I'm on my first Impossible run right now - am starting the final chapter and am approaching 21 hours! I've been super cautious - lots of doubling back for recharging stasis etc; plus I've done all (I think) of the side quests so have decent upgrades.
Yeah I feel like a lot of it comes down to the rebalanced weapons, crowd control became huge in this game and later upgrades just allow serious aoe shredding like laser mines/flame wall/black hole
After doing the trick in 1:28:36, if you attempt to trigger the drag tentacle sequence, it will not grab you, the tentacle will appear frozen in the hall, and an invisible wall will block the doorway to the tubes room😉.
This guide was fantastic especially if this is after completing all other achievements in the game. If you take roughly 2 more hours and just find power nodes/credits for the suit/contact beam, the game becomes quite a joke. I personally had a level 5 suit maxed and 2/3 upgrades for the contact beam and finished the game at 6 hours. Yes it takes slightly more time but if you already beat the game one NG+ before this run your experience paired with upgrades makes the game feel like normal mode. P.S: The contact beam is ridiculously broken and makes every enemy a red mist. Ive seen other videos raving about the plasma cutter and i just don’t know why. It takes more ammo, more precision, and does less damage. I found my self in awe when “hard” parts of the game were done in 5 alternate shots from the contact beam.
Observations about the game. The screenwriter wanted to convey a message about religion, obsession, corruption between the powers, conflicts of interest between the powers, science and religion, betrayal and intuition. The game must be one of the best remakes without a doubt, the game has great character interpretation, character development, the horror is only good because of the sounds, because of the good sound effects. This style of sequence shots is really interesting since most of them don't have anything similar to the sequence shots in the movies. The sequence shot was better in this one since the old one had loadings. Hammond died by hallucination in a way, so it shows that everyone dies in a similar way, Isaac almost went to hell in the same way. Excellent gameplay, improved, the difficulty level is very good, and there are really many difficult parts to play, we can run out of ammunition, you can make several different choices for your outfit or weapons, so all of this can increase the difficulty or make it a little easier, but I think it's always challenging, the game is naturally challenging and sometimes it can get boring if you lose a lot, but then you get the reward, the game does a good job of telling the stories and its rewards, without a doubt, even after a while it's cool to go back and play because it's a really great game, I LOVE THESE GAMES THAT TELL THE STORY WELL, and the sequence plan really helps to get more into the game along with the well-done storytelling. The enemies could have more variations, there isn't that much variation and the little baby-type creatures are really annoying over time, but it's cool to have these enemies to somehow irritate and challenge the players. Having to make several saves is kind of annoying in this game. I found it necessary to do so because of the checkpoints. I don't think it's a good idea to rely solely on the auto save, and they had to do this because of the previous game. The weapons are really cool, the enlarged sides are hard to remember because I played the first one a long time ago, but it's really cool when the remake expands something so it's not so predictable. Excellent game! The voice actors are really good, very good voice actors! THE GAME lacked a musical soundtrack, because these songs help to fix the game more in our memories. It's a market game with songs, I mean something like Resident Evil or Silent Hill, they use songs and this helps in the musical connection with the story. The game's soundtrack is really good, I think the only thing missing is a song. In short, a great game!

I played Deadspace for the first time recently. I made it the 11 minute mark in your video before I was so stressed I needed to take a break. This video makes me feel more confident, but even more terrified to play more lol.
Lol yea dead space is terrifying when you play it for the first time. I played the OG and remember being almost too scared to move. It really does that until you get better at the game and figure out what you're doing, thats when things get a little too easy. For example when you figure out to shoot limbs instead of the head, or you could just circle around the enemy once you realise that the enemies stall for a second before attacking. Or using stasis only and stomp them to death. The game is terrifying but not so much once you become experienced with it.
Iv not played the remake-i have played the original game though and was pretty good at 2. I assume that you have totally finished with the Evil Within now--surly there cant be ANYTHING left to do with that great game,--great job fella.

This remake is truly one for the fans of the franchise, they nailed it. Hope to see ds2 get the same treatment.
